Oh dear, crepes are one of the handful of things I haven't really mastered. Occasionally they come out perfect, and then all the effort was worth it. But usually they're a little less than perfect; still tasty but nowhere near as pretty.
The last couple of days, because I've been feeling profoundly lazy, I've been making chorizo and eggs on warm corn tortillas with fresh avocado on top for breakfast. Just a pinch of kosher salt on top of the avocado slices and it's not a bad start to the day.
