A demon who likes to play mind games? I guess she can hand out a bit of power, but it often comes with high repercussions and risky deals containing many loopholes if one is not careful.

One of the few demons who actually takes pity on the humans and has, temporarily offered to assist because of one reason and one reason only and that is because of the fact she is a demon whom feeds off the emotions humans have, the less human about, the less of a food supply she has and this becomes a problem for her, this and the fact that hunting angels has become an entertaining sport for her, taking their wings once they are slain as a form of bounty hunting to be displayed in the depths of hell in her cavern she can jump to and from at will. While she has no real compassion for humans, she will often be seen protecting them, guarding them from angels seeking to harm them and has gained quite the interesting reputation from it among the angels and her fellow devil's spawn. Let us just leave it at the fact her cave where she lives in hell is littered with more then at least ten different angels wings and higher... The total number is only known to her at this point.
Hellian is an demon that would reside under the category of envy, as she feeds of the emotions of humans, particularly envious emotions. In the past before the cataclysm, she would cultivate this emotion by entering human society and planting the seeds of envy which is what over time her and her other kin of demons that planted such seeds to cater to the ultimate demise of human society. Now she and many others are attempting to preserve the surviving mortals, some even going as far as to steal some away to hell where they ultimately die a premature death due to the obvious hazards of bringing a mortal to a place where demons kill for pleasure. While they don't care for the human goodness as some of the rebel angels, they are very keen on keeping the humans alive and will even go as far as to team up with fallen angels to protect the humans though it is a very unstable between the two at best. The terms, the enemy of my enemy is my friend would apply to this situation fully.
Personality:
Towards other demons she can be charismatic and spunky, with a generally friendly if a bit sharp and wicked way of twisting things into her favor, to others.. It's a bit more indifferent, cold and callous at best. She does enjoy playing mind games however and will lead angels on into thinking that they have the upper hand in a battle when in reality, things are completely under her control.
Special Ability:
She has the ability to manipulate the actions of others, however not directly. She can use suggestions and access memories in the mind and bring them up to trigger a reaction. However, unless she can preform this over time at various events, not much will occur to the individual subject to this.
She also has extraordinary speed, agility and jumping abilities. She can easily scale buildings and keep up with an angel flying through buildings as long as they are bellow building level as she can't actually fly.
Her whole body can spontaneously light aflame, the heat intense enough to tear through angels like butter. However this can't be kept up forever as there aren't as many humans left in the world for her to feed off of to fuel this as long as she used to.

Her tail is a huge razor whip, as well as her nails on her feet and hands are retractable much like a cats.

Oh good. Another character that has a definite purpose. It is rather unfortunate that I remain the only angel at this point but I'll fare alright.

Enemy of my enemy is my friend? not necessarily true with old Archy miss. He'd probably rip her apart since she preserves humanity as living batteries as opposed to legitamate concern. 'course he's got bigger problems, so she won't even fight him in all likelyhood.
