Cassidy nodded and followed her to the library which had many books,desks and laptops. The first thing she did was go to the section marked "mysteries & legends" she then picked out a book called "legends of the moon" she turned and walked back to Cassandra "this one looks good.." she said as she went to sit at a table.


Hunari chuckled halfheartedly as Taylor patted his head, he was nothing like a little helpless puppy and he knew it he was sure Taylor did too. At that moment he began to question what he was doing. He was in no way normal and some other demons considered him a lot more dangerous. He was snapped out of his thoughts by Taylor's question. "Oh..er... It's nothing to worry about.." but he didn't meet her gaze as he said it, he did not want to remember how he got these wounds.

Catherine nodded to Cassidy as she made her way over to a book shelf aswell. She picked a few books concerning folk tales and lore, things that she thought would give a broad idea about what they would be looking for before she started looking into specifics. Catherine sat at the table, across from Cassidy, before flipping open one of the books and getting to work.

Taylor tilted her head slightly at how little Hunari was telling her, but shrugged it off. "Well, do you wan to hang out for a bit?" she asked with a little smile. "I just got done with training, so I'm going to be bored for a while."

Cassidy continues to read her book, casually typing little snippets of info onto the computer.

hunari nodded his head and began running forgetting about his wounds for a little while acting a little like a hyperactive puppy. When he was about a meter ahead of Taylor the pain hit him and he staggered and stumbled into the nearest wall with a wine and a whimper and collapsing against it. After a few minutes he tried to get up trying to convince himself that he was fine.

Catherine continued to find little things concernin the moon, old tales concerning spirits and what not. She seemed to be coming up short, though, and so she continued to search for information.

Taylor watched as Hunari started to scamper ahead. She giggled as she skipped/ran along behind him. She was happy to see him so spry, he had seemed so troubled earlier. She became concerned, however, when Hunari seemed to hurt himself a little and tried to keep going. "Hey!" she shouted concernedly. She stood in front of him and wagged a finger, her cheeks puffed out. She was trying to seem serious, but she seemed more like a little kid trying to impersonate their parents. "Don't over do it, okay?" The other side of Hunari chuckled in the back of his head, amused by Taylor's act. "She told you," it echoed in the back of his head. "Was someone trying to show off a bit?"

Hunari ignored the voice in the back of his mind and nodded to Taylor, he then circled her once before walking along side her. This time being careful not to hurt himself any further he did not want to make her worry. As he circled her he noticed the burn mark on her tail. His furr bristled and his whole stance became aggressive as he asked "who did that to you?...tell me I'll teach them a lesson..."


Cassidy had found some old sayings in the book she had picked out. As she flicks over a page she saw a title that drew her interest 'Effects of The Moon.' A paragraph read;
'The moon is a powerful source of power that can grant the person power or just as easily take that power away for the duration of the full moon. A typical example of the moons power is werewolves. Depending on the area you live there are two types and a sub-species. There are normal Werewolves and a Fury werewolf, the sub-species would be the hybrid of the two types, but they are extremely rare. Should one of the hybrid werewolf's join you they will be a great help.'
She stopped reading at this point almost afraid to read more. "he Cassandra come look at this." she said pointing to the paragraph.

Taylor looked at Hunari strangely for a moment, only just remembering about the small injury that had been applied to her tail. She then proceeded to grab her tail and blush, embarrassed by the fact that Hunari had noticed. She giggled nervously for a moment, looking down at he ground. "It was just a little accident from training today," she said nervously. "Michael and I were training and, well, I sorta goofed up. I still have a ways to go, training wise."

Catherine rose from her seat to walk around the table and look at the paragraph Cassidy had been pointing to. She nodded her head as she read the information. She had recognized some of the information from her tutoring sessions, but not all. "This could apply to you," she said aloud. "You do change into animal forms, similar to how a werewolf would. It is possible that the effects stretch more than just werewolves."

"oh right...." Hunari trailed off as he thought his own training wounds, and they were much more worse than his own. -I'll have to go talk t Micheal later..- he thought to himself. "so what do you want to d then..?" he asked his whole body language was a lot more relaxed.

cassidy nodded and said "it kinda scares me when you think about it.." the thing that scared her was the possiblity that the moon could strip her of her powers. And she was the type of person who felt more at home as a wolf or another animal rather than as a human..

Taylor shrugged, she actually hadn't thought that far into it. "We could always go and grab something to eat," she suggested. She looked down at Hinari with a big smile. She wasn't too concerned on why they did, she just liked that she was actually making friends in a new place like this.

Catherine nodded, she could imagine how Cassidy felt, though it probably wasn't as bad as having to actually deal with the issue. She had always seen Cassidy in an animal form and hardly ever in her normal form, she figured she was more comfortable that way. Maybe it had to do with vulnerability? "Well, we're all here," Catherine said, trying to reassure her that she wasn't alon in this.

Cassidy rolled her eyes at Cassandra because that wasn't the point. If she lost her powers how would she fight in the tournament? She sighed and continued reading till she found something else that was interesting.

Hunari looked at Taylor and thought for a moment "I can't shift into my human form with these injuries at the moment..just letting ya know...but I guess we could go get something to eat. If ya want.."
