Why? You labeled and created the power with exact words that can only mean one thing. A vortex of dust. It is not my responsibility to "get" your character. If you had meant it to be something other than a vortex of dust you should have worded it differently.

We should also probably agree on dimensions, I'm inclined to say about ten to twenty feet in diameter roughly.
