[Master] Martial Artist
Turia is a trained human weapon in various martial arts, fusing multiple specialties into one. She is not greater in nay single martial art comparative to an individual focusing entirely on one form, but is likely a greater jack-of-all-trades than any other. Turia possesses great endurance, capable of sustaining strenuous combat for an hour before suffering from the effects of exhaustion.
[Inhuman] Stamina Recovery
While she is nevertheless able to persist in exercise for an hour at her peak of activity, Turia is known for having particularly great stamina recovery in a short amount of time. Mere minutes allow her to regain full energy and thus become capable of restarting her exhaustion clock, so to speak.
[Inhuman] Strength
With the blood of a dragon coursing through her veins, Turia is endowed with an inhuman strength far outmatching any common man. Turia is capable of dead-lifting up to 2,000 lbs, or throwing around 400 lbs a good distance. Her strikes can puncture steel, or shatter stone. Her body is similarly reinforced to prevent any injury with these actions, and so serves as a sort of natural body armor as well. She cannot eat bullets, but she can sustain a few without keeling over.
[Gifted] Dragon's Hover
As most dragons utilize some sort of internal gas to facilitate flight, Turia too is granted a sort of "magic internal gas" that allows her to float at will. A common misconception is that she can fly, which is false; she can only keep herself airborne generally as high as she jumped, and she will still gradually sink back to earth no matter how hard she tries to lift skywards. However this ability does allow her to prevent damage from falling, as well as maintain an airborne fighting position. With it, she can perform more incredible and miraculous strikes. Turia can switch this ability on and off at will.
[Expert] Body Fire
With the fires of a dragon, Turia can envelope limited parts of her body in white flames to increase the potency of strikes. With this ability, she is also immune to standard fires, as well as high temperatures. Turia can be comfortable in temperatures up to 6,000 degree F, though any more and her body cannot sustain protection, and is at risk of being burnt.
Turia is capable of shifting to a more "primal" state of being, unlocking the beastial locks in her psyche, releasing her inner dragon blood. Turia adopts greater abilities in all prior abilities, and gains the ability of true flight, as well as the ability to telekinetically manipulate fire, not just upon her body. The temperatures she manipulates are of such intense heat that the flames instead become masses of super-heated plasma. Rose Dragon Mode saps at her human energy, and could very leave her stuck in the state forever if she maintains the mode for too long. In this mode, her human logic and knowledge is clouded, and renders her less competent in battle, but certainly more powerful.
Both fists and feet become clawed and can further deal greater melee damage. Rose Dragon can breath fire directly from her mouth, as well as survive in nearly any possible terrestrial temperature. Physical health recovery rate is boosted to inhuman levels, and so can continue to fight even after being dealt a near-fatal wound.
Dragon Force
Rose Dragon is capable of unleashing a powerful shockwave that can both shatter bones and deflect projectiles. The ability lacks any elemental affinity, and so cannot be resisted by element-specific magic barriers. Normally it is all-encompassing, exploding outwards from all around Rose Dragon, but can be directed to a specific direction for greater force and potency.
Spontaneous Combustion
Rose Dragon can instantly set aflame common objects (read, any object not in total control by the opponent; things like linear projectiles, thrown objects, low-tier minions) merely looking upon them. Depending on the substance, it can evaporate instantly or take a second or two to fully disappear. Explosives can be instantly detonated.
Superhuman Reflexes
Rose Dragon is capable of reacting to events faster than any human could ever hope to achieve. So to can her body work in tandem with this sensory reflex to allow Rose Dragon to avoid, deflect, or block whatever it is that's assailing her, depending on the event itself.
Equipment:
Explosive Patches
Wafer-thin sticky pads that Turia can place upon her body to facilitate incredibly powerful strikes. The pads are highly combustible, and when ignited can throw her punches or kicks even faster and with greater force. They are a one-time use object, and must be reapplied any time she needs to use one. The explosions do not harm Turia, though do cause her to be more open to retaliation should she miss the strike.
Flame-Retardant Clothing
Because we can't have her naked mid-battle.
Limitations:
Cold Susceptible
With the blood of a cold-blooded creature, Turia is less capable than other normal humans of maintaining a proper body temperature. Turia is weak to cold, especially ice-element magic.
Mighty Glacier
Despite her seemingly inhuman physique, Turia is in no way capable of crossing a large room in the blink of any eye, or catching up to a speeding car. In fact, if she were to run track team with other people, she'd be lucky to touch the back of the first-place runner. Her running speed is quite mediocre, though this does not mean she can't kick particularly fast!

Build/appearance: Zubili now appears as a ochre-skinned humanoid, a large amount of sand and dust has been accrued and compacted into a grotesque semblance of his former self. The Phantom stand about 6 feet, and weigh's 180 pounds. Most of his main form is made up of dust and granite as well as sand thus making his main body more difficult to turn to glass, he must still avoid large bodies of water however.
History: What little is known of The Phantom of the Winds is as follows, he was a mortal in his former life. A powerful one at that, so much so it is said that he was able to summon and bound genies at his will. His beginnings was a humble one, Zubili was born in the far deserts in the south. he grow up most of his life as a desert nomad in a tribe known as the Bedine. long ago his nomad band came upon a stranger near death from thirst, the other disapproving and suspicious of outlanders wanted nothing to do with him. Only Zubili took pity on the man, since he was curious by nature. Zubili offered him shelter and water saving his life. In return the stranger later revealed to be a wizard, offered to teach Zubili this sacred art of magic.
Zubili was a quick leaner and gained much knowledge from the wizard. Even after the wizard had left to continue his travels alone, Zubili curiosity was only heightened and he went off to search for more knowledge and power from one of the larger cities. Even though many thought he was mad to abandoned his way, but he has never looked back since. During his travels he had to sustain himself by working as a bounty hunter, using his nomadic skills in tracking his prey and his desert magic in trapping them.
Working for whoever could offered his skills, be it enemy Sheiks warring with one another, or nobles in need of doing away with those who have learn to much for their own good. Soon He grow tired of this life and settled down in the nation of Talerium, using the funds earned in his travels to buy a modest home for himself and soon a wife and child. He still practiced sand magic and even planned on teaching his daughter when she was of age
However as it happened his home the nation of Talerium, was beset upon by a great army of beast, made up of Gnolls, Jackal hound humanoids and the like. The war raged on for many decades and the force's of Talerium lost ground slowly. Zubili, realizing the danger to his family and home become a battle mage, and was instrumental in the defense of his home. Sometimes deciding the course of entire battles in his own right.
But that alone was not enough and soon Talerium was pushed back to it's last city. Desperate to save his home and family, the wizard journeyed to the plain of the Genie's. However he could not convince them to intervene, but one efreet told Zubili of an artifact a relic that would give Zubili the power he needed to save his family, the Gantlet of Styx. But warned it would come at the ultimate price. After besting many Challenge's he did find the relic's in the genie's realm world.
He raced back to his home materiel plane only to find it under siege. Zubili wasted no time in using the gantlet to increase his power tenfold. Ultimately wiping out the hoard in one fell swoop. But Zubili had forgotten the curse and in using the gantlet of Styx he was transformed into a horrible monster. Not recognizing him for who he was, his family shunned him and the soldier's he had once fought beside soon turned on him.
Now The Phantom wanders in his accursed form knowing he has forever lost everything he sought to protect...
Personalty: Above all else, Zubili wishes to live again, to supplant his transitory body moulded from grayed dust for a real, living form. His torture is in knowing but being unable to accept that he is forever doomed to take this accursed shape, and as such harbour towards any living creature a vile, envious hatred that defies description.
Passive Abilities
Desert Vision
The Phantom is able to see in even the strongest sand storms. Because of this he is also able to make out figures as energy in dark place's as well.
Dissipate
Using sand itself as a shield, the Sand Wraith reduces incoming damage and reflects it back to any enemies around him.
Unstable form
Made up of sand and dust Zubili can easily dodge almost any attack easier then a fully solid fighter could. This also has a disadvantage as well when it comes to water....
Dust Vortex
The Phantom can create a whirlwind of dust around its body that extends in a 10-foot radius and lasts for one round.
Those caught within the vortex are damaged as the dust particles eat away at their very flesh and attempt to subsume it into its own physical form.
Sand manipulation
Sand that come's into contact with Zubili's Phantom can come under the control of the Phantom. As well as be adsorbed into his form to increase his density and size.
Mirage
The Sand Wraith tricks the mind, causing an illusion of himself to appear next to all enemies and attack them. At any moment after a charge he can, if he wishes, take the place of one of these illusions or a replica can do the same. Using just a small amount of his sand he can create a variety of other illusions as well often of what his target desires, much like a true desert mirage.
Regeneration
Acid, positive energy effects, spells with the Good descriptor, divine damage sources (such as from the flame strike spell) and weapons with the ghost touch enhancement deal normal damage to Zubili, or any supernatural attack in general.
Due to his semi-corporeal nature, he cannot lose any limbs, as any physical injuries are insubstantial to his dust and sand-formed body since he is able to repair normal weapons damage easily (as in none supernatural/magical damage). However there is a limit to the amount of punishment The Phantom can take before becoming partly dispersed and effectively stunned until its regeneration reduces nonlethal damage.
In this time it slowly draws together over the space of a few minutes during this time a simple thrust or attack at the now exposed soul will defeat The Phantom. It should be noted magic or other supernatural abilities can hurt Zubili normally. If some of his sand is turned to glass he can expand time and much energy turn it to sand slowly overtime, however since it is so costly he rarely does so as the benefit is to small, using his animus. (as well as previously stated in the beginning, also take note that water can turn sand into mud, fire turns it into glass and lightning does the same, anyone of these have the potential to harm or kill Zubili)
Dry Hands
The Phantom has the ability to absorb the liquid in objects. This is normally used to create sand by absorbing the water in dirt until it becomes sand. But this may optionally be used as a touch attack to deal damage to anything that may have water absorbed from it (such as most living bio-organic beings) if used on them long enough it can easily kill turning them into sand upon death. The Wraith may change the terrain of a 10' radius area into 10' deep sand anywhere within 30 feet by placing its hands on the ground. Any creatures of size medium or less within the radius of the sand can sink down to their waist. The area of sand can also be considered difficult terrain to move across. Sand he creates can be turned to glass more easily then his main body.

Sand Balls
Zubili forms a cubic foot of attuned sand into 2 balls of sand that shoot through the air. Each deals damage equivalent to a cannon ball (1000 feet per second), and these balls may be fired at separate targets.
Sand Replica
Makes a perfect replica of Zubili it can attack just as he but cannot can use techniques. They last a short time (four post) before becoming sand again.
Sand Spikes
10 foot spikes of sand form in a 10 foot radius, suddenly rising from the area. Any creatures caught in it may become impaled. These spikes may also come out horizontally, diagonally, or even down rather or as well as up at the Phantoms choosing and last 1 minute at which point they fall apart.
Desert Coffin
The Phantom moves his attuned sand around an unsuspecting enemy, completely covering their body in it. Unless they succeed in dodging, the target is trapped within a coffin of sand where it becomes helpless. The coffin allows weapons, projectiles, and spells to pass through by opening small gaps for them and immediately closing them afterward so as not to let the trapped victim escape.
Third Eye (Sand)
The Phantom creates a small, colorless eye out of a very small portion of sand. The Phantom can see through this eye while at the same time through the Phantoms own eyes and any other Third Eyes that may have been made. Third eyes also have Desert vision.
Dust Devil
Swirling his hands in a circular pattern, Zubili stirs the air far away into a fierce wind, adding his attuned sand to the winds to keep them going. It moves 20 ft. each round (post) in a random direction. The tornado-like winds within this supernatural dust devil are strong enough to lift up some creatures and the sands tear at the skin of those caught within as well as help the winds pull creatures off the ground. Creatures that begin their round in the dust devil take damage from the tearing sands if they are not already raised into the air by the wind.
Quicksand
Clenching his fists then shaking them loose, Zubili transforms a 10-foot radius area of dirt into 8-foot deep quicksand. It appears not to have changed but when a small or larger creature steps on it, the ground is actually more liquid and the creature sinks 1 foot into it unless it succeeds in some how freeing itself. Creatures that sink into the quicksand continue sinking at a rate of 1 foot per round (per post).
Sand Wall
An abrupt movement with his hands raising up then suddenly stopping, palms flat and parallel to his body, the ground changes to sand and shoots up, mixing with some of his attuned sand. The result is a wall made of what looks like hands composed of sand. Any creature that comes into contact with the wall gets pulled into the wall where it is trapped as if by desert coffin.
Omnipresence of the Desert King
Zubili can see within 60 feet of all sand within the radius of this ability as well as hear through the sand as if it was he who was standing in its place. He must concentrate to keep the technique active but he may momentarily drop out of it and return to it by concentrating.
Sand Prison
Spreading his hands out far apart, his attuned sand slides across the ground, converting a mass of earth into sand. This mass is equivalent to 40 cubic feet of sand, all guided by the attuned sand mixed in. It then rises into the air and swirls around the target, forming into hands that try to grab the target as well as closing off sides and attempting to lock them in. If a creature is trapped within the mass, it has the same effect as a newly used desert coffin.
Sandstorm
Turning slowly, Zubili's attuned sand flows out from his body, converting a portion of the ground (whatever it is even CHEESE!.. OK no not cheese..) into additional sand. This sand rises up and begins to swirl viciously around him. At the end of his second spin, the sand is swirling extremely quickly in a 20 ft. radius around him, generating a wind of 45 mph in an area extending 10 feet from the radius of the storm. Also, he no longer has to spin but must concentrate to keep the technique going and cannot use a different technique or spell while concentrating. The storm extends 10 feet at the beginning of each round/post.
Creatures caught within the storm take damage as the flesh slowly rips from their bones....
Sand Tsunami
Clasping His hands together in a loud clap, he slowly raises them up in the air. As he does so, the ground before him erupts in an absolutely outrages amount of sand that mixes with his attuned sand. It raises 30 feet in the air, is 20 feet thick, and is 170 feet wide, with The Phantom at the middle of the back side of it. This is created during the casting time.
He pushes his hands forward and the wave fires forward attempting to crush all those in front of it for 100 feet. Anyone who has not escaped the width of the wave by the end of the casting has no hope of avoiding being crushed. It forms enormous hands that grasp at enemies within 20 feet of the borders of the wall. It takes four rounds to create.
Weapons/armor
The Phantom has little armor to speak of but wear's a long black robe and hood. He neither carries no weapon forming his own out of the sand that makes up his body. His favored weapons to form are as such were the Khopesh, and the scimitar, to just name a few.
The Phantom will sometimes store some of it's soul in it's sand formed weapons giving them an extra animus empowered bite in each swing. Though the blade my be made of sand it has enough density to make it as hard as solid stone and sharp as steel. His defenses can be made as thick and durable as sand stone if his animus is not added.

Kahn how do you create a mirage? I have looked at your character and I cannot find any thing that allows you the ability to create one. A mirage is an optical illusion that bends light in the right way to make it appear that something is there when it is not, it also requires a heat to create these images. You cannot create heat so tell me how you can do this?

In the first you say it has disadvantages when encountering water, yet in the second you state that you can absorb the liquids in objects...tell me what the disadvantage is when you can absorb liquids to the point where you can kill someone by absorbing their water...what is the disadvantage?
