Saiyans are an available race to play off the bat, according to the character sheet. There were like four of them at the start of this RP's original run with KingAsura. But if everyone would prefer I hold off on using them I'll use a different race.

I'm talking about in the IC. Kakarot is enough of a villain to worry about without throwing in random Saiyans for no reason.

And for the record, I'm in agreement with Mog. Saiyans just break the game and force GMs to overpower other races in order to compensate. They make better NPC villains.

If one considers:

1) Saiyans engaged in a period of expansionism across the galaxy after Freeza's fall.
2) That they were later completely scattered by King Cold's retaliation.

Then it's not nearly as random and without reason as you seem to think. When Raditz arrived on Earth, he knew that Kakarot had been sent there. So it's not unreasonable that, in their period of dominance, more Saiyans would have heard tell of where their own kind had been dispersed to. Thus, they'd be up for checking it out. So, by all means, the PLOT of the RP makes it very reasonable for some Saiyans to arrive on Earth.

Like I said, there were about four Saiyans that came in when this was originally run here, and only one of them was even remotely a gamebreaker. It's not the race that becomes the issue, but the people who play them. I'm more than savvy when it comes to character growth, and I can assure you that I wouldn't be out for a power quest.

But in the end, if it's the will of the majority, I will refrain, at least for now, from using a Saiyan character.

Still say that is the complete and utter fault of the rpers in question. I could take any human or Namekian and beat any saiyan made.

Oh, i kinda wanted to join and be a saiyan but a bit different, I mean a saiyan yes but not like telling anyone and keeping his powerlevels low on purpose so that he wont be noticed by Kakorot, a hidden saiyan entering the tournament but not revealing what he really is... only he doesnt fight for his own kind but for his own reasons against Kakarot.

Sorry but that's kind of saying it'll be that Saiyan character that'll end up beating Kakarot because he's hiding his power level. It'd be best to avoid that and avoid Saiyans altogether.

They're villains, so keep them as NPCs.

Eh. Being 'that' guy means nothing to me in honesty. Just seems as though no one knows how to place blame on the rper in question then the character. It's sad in my opinion but, I digress as it's funny to read. If I finish Simon, maybe, i'll still be in this or break out something. Simon has began to lost his drive with me lately.

Again, you put the blame on the tool rather than the person using it. Any character is susceptible to that sort of condition, but only if the player is of that mentality.
