"I have from those guys..." aldo said as he pointed to the dead men. "I didn't join them...." He looks down the ally. "I can't leave my gang here....." He looks back at marco. "Can they come with us?"

Marco thought for a moment about the small gang of boys that Aldo seemed so fond of. He wished for a moment that it would be possible to look after all of them, but sadly it wasn't. "If you come with me Aldo I shall make sure that food, accommodation and work are provided for them? From there we can see about any of them joining us okay?" He asked the boy sincerely. "Once you are healed up you can either return to your life with them or whatever else you desire." he stated smiling softly.
"But...they never been...." Aldo sighs then looks down sadly. "They are my family..." He sighs again before looking at marco. "Where are they gonna live when I am recovering at your place?" He leans on the wall as one of the boys return. "Aldo are you ok?" He smiles when he saw aldo was ok. "I'm glad your ok leader!" aldo looks at him sadly. He was considering about going to live with Marco but he was unsure...

"I have many holdings in the city" Marco explained before turning to the other boy who had come. "Listen, do you know of the thieves guild located off of the Piazzo Di Napoli? It's hidden within the old Valuchno building" he asked before saying "if you go there with the others and speak give them this then they shall take care of you for now." and with that he pulled out a piece of parchment and a quill with which he quickly wrote several words before signing it and passing it to the boy.
Looking back at Aldo he said "does this suffice?" Knowing that without the others safety being guaranteed he wouldn't leave them.
The boy looks confused at marco then Aldo. "Why do we need to go there?" Aldo looks at him saddened. "I am going to go with him. You need to bring the others there to be safe until I return." He kneels down before smiling trying to seem like he'd return but he didn't know if he'd return. "But what if you dont." The boy said worried "Then the people there will take care of you until I do" Aldo said hoping the boy will just leave. The boy sighs "Please come back soon." He runs off to go find the others.

"Are you sure Aldo?" He asked wanting to make sure. Marco knew that the boy wouldn't have many opportunities or any safety living on the street, but the lifestyle that Marco was considering offering the boy was not an easy one.
Once Aldo felt slightly better he started to lead him out of the alleyway and towards the nearest carriage station. It would make sense for them to be comfortable on the journey, as riding could put too much pressure on his wound.
Aldo looks at marco saddened. "I'm sure....its better then living on the street with me......" He follows Marco to the carriage station. He didn't know why Marco was talking about the assassins or their order but he knew it was safer for him because of his wound to go with him. He gets in the carriage with the man. "You never told me your name." He looks at him. He never rode in a carriage and never thought he would. He felt uneasy about it but he knew his life was changing. He was leaving his gang behind and he didn't like the idea of leaving them. He wanted a better life for them.

Hiring a driver quickly and paying the man up front for his work and with a few brief words Marco and Aldo got into the carriage. “My name is Marco Toreli Velintino” he replied introducing himself. He then sat watching the boy for a few moments before he asked him “So what was your plan Aldo? As close as I saw you and the others were, it is very uncommon for a boy with your skills to remain undetected for long, and eventually you would have been caught and arrested. I’m sure you know what would’ve happened then”
Removing his hood for the first time Marco reviled his dark short hair and face, his eyes glistening in the semi-darkness of the carriage showing the differing colours as he watched Aldo carefully. “What do you think of me?” He asked once Aldo had responded trying to gauge the boy’s observation and skills of deduction.
Aldo knew this to be true. He sighs "I know that I would have been caught soon enough....but I had no choice but to steal. I would have been killed or worse right?" He looks at marco. "Your not just Italian are you?" He looks into his eyes. "Your strong in mind and body. you don't kill unless you need to." He looks at the window. "....When you have to...."

"Correct" said Marco bowing his head slightly. "If you had a choice, Aldo, would you help others in situations like yours? Situations where people have no choice. Situations where their free will has been taken away by others who seek to manipulate and control for their own personal benefit?" He asked almost rhetorically.
"I know you are young but you must know surely that this fine city - and indeed the entire kingdom of Napoli ((the entire south of italy)) is under the control of the Spanish crown, who just so happen to employ several men who belong to an order that has dedicated itself to obtaining total and absolute control through elimination of free will and the exploitation of others." He said referring to the Templar order. "I belong to a brotherhood dedicated to stopping them."
