Sik online, the latest in a stream of online games that capitalizes on a new piece of hardware known as nerve tech. It's a headset that sends high frequency waves and electromagnetic pulses directly to your brain and nervous system so that one actually feels like they are in the environment of the game they're playing. While using this headset, the body goes into a hibernation like state, using little energy and letting you rest as you play the game. Essentially, you could play this at night, and get the same amount of rest as you would normally sleeping. It does take a toll on one's mind though so use over 6 hours at a single time is warned against, and what happens to the user after the 6 hour timeline is out of the creators' hands and the fault of any complications rest on the user alone.
Sik online is a fantasy mmo action rpg that doesn't use levels like a normal mmo. Instead, a character chooses a specific skill set within their class. A skill set is pretty much an advance class and specialization of the character. As an action rpg, instead of leveling a character up, you augment your character with armor and weapons. Still, just because you have bad items doesn't mean you can't take out super strong enemies. This game is so popular because it throws the idea of leveling to get stronger and uses the idea of actually training your own fighting skills to be better. The weakest geared character can be the best geared character if his actual fighting skill is high enough to do so. The classes are:
Warrior: The warrior, the familiar brawler of any fantasy mmo, the warrior is accustomed to close range fighting and using brute strength more than anything else.
Skill sets are:
-Dual Weapons: As the name suggest, the warrior takes up a weapon in both hands. The idea is that they use their mobility, agility, and reflexes to fight enemies instead of brute strength.
-Two hander: Another simple concept, the warrior brandishes a large two handed weapon of their choice and relies on heavy hits to do the most physical damage out of any class in the game in a single hit.
-Shielded: The warrior takes up a defensive style, arming themselves with a weapon and shield to allow for more blocking, parrying, and deflecting. They tend to protect allies more and have an intimidating aura.
-Fencer: Armed with a single blade in one hand, the fencer is the most agile of all warrior classes, exchanging brute force for pinpoint accuracy, high critical rates, and precision strikes that can even paralyze enemies.
Rogue: The rogue, another standard mmo class type, this class favors agility and cunning to best their enemies.
Skill sets are:
-Thug: The thug uses all the cheapest tricks they can to beat an opponent. Throwing sand in eyes, using poisons, cheap shots, anything is fair game to them.
-Assassin: this set relies on stealth and backstabbing to take down enemies in the shortest amount of time.
-Monk: Trading in their thieving ways, the learn to use their exceptional agility to become fist fighters that rely on moving around their opponent and delivering a flurry of strikes.
-Jester: The jester uses distractions and illusions to disorient their opponents and then attack.
Mage: The third to last of the familiar class types you see, a class that uses magic to attack opponents
Skill sets are:
-Elementalist: A user of the three magic elements (fire, water, and electricity), the elementalist can rain down a flurry of these elements at their whim.
-Wiccan: A user of nature's elements (Wind, earth, life), the wiccan relies on using things like plants to ensnare and then strike enemies.
-Witch/Wizard (gender dependent): This set uses mana in it's purest form, creating flurries of mana blasts to attack, and even making constructs of mana
-Battle Mage: The battle mage trades in a staff for a spear and uses their magic to close in and increase their physical capabilities.
Acolyte: The religious zealot of the classes, this has many variations and paths it can follow
Skills sets are:
-Priest: A standard healer for a group, the priest uses their holy influence to heal members that need it.
-Warlock: An acolyte of the dark descends into a warlock, an unholy magic user that steals health from enemies to revitalize their allies at a weaker rate than the priest can.
-Shaman: Abandoning the concept of holy and unholy, the Shaman uses spiritual constructs such as wolves, bears, and even past heroes, to fight and guide the shaman on their journey
-Druid: The druid devotes themselves to becoming a protector of life itself, being able to transform into a beast that it befriends.
Ranger: The ranger is a class that uses ranged attacks to defeat it's enemies
Skill sets are:
-Hunter: The hunter is very traditional, using a bow and arrow to defeat it's enemies and nothing more. The strength they've developed by using the weapon allows them to have some close quarters combat skill as well.
-Marksman: Advancing with the rest of the world, the marksmen uses a high powered rifle to take out enemies from afar. The marksman has no close combat skills, but a variety of special bullets to fight many different types of enemies.
-Desperado: the close range equivalent of a ranger, the desperado has a plethora of kicks, punches, and other physical attacks they mix into their flashy dual revolver style of combat.
-Engineer: Deciding to focus in technology, the engineer can develop turrets and other robots to fight for them.

This is the set of classes and their skill sets that are currently available minus the beta testing class, so those are what you have to look forward to.
Now, the skill sets are basically what you can expect from them combat wise. There really isn't a specific skill set, I'm just gonna ask you to come up with ten active skills, one super, and two passive for each one once you've chosen a set and I'll edit up for you and that will be the final list of skills you'll have.
So, now lets talk about the world. There is only a single continent known as Sik with three major areas, the northern arctic area, the middle area which is the most industrialized, and the southern deserts, not too much, but it's still a work in progress. The continent has recently just united it's three major races that have been at war for awhile. The ice nomads, a group of humanoid beings that are heavily furred and have animal like features, the humans, and the reptilians of the southern deserts.

Personality: Sammy is known for being rash and reckless, and tends to break things often because of this. People call him bipolar, stupid, all brawns and no brains, and believe he just rushes recklessly and runs, with no consideration to what others say. And all of this is true except one thing: what does he do at home? At home he's a hardcore gamer, playing every MMO from WoW to Ragnarok to even Runescape, he's played it. When playing a game, he's focused and determined to be the best at what he does. Even his friends think that he's a whole different person while playing. However, he will still rush in and attack everything, not even waiting for a tank to build aggro or for a healer to heal him while he attacks without the tank.
Background: As stated before, Sammy is a hardcore gamer, usually playing on PVP servers or playing competetively, looking for the most challenging game around. Since Sik was released, that's all he played. Though he never passed the 6 hour mark, he was still a competetive gamer, challenging everything in the game, from quest lines to his own friends list. He had played with a few admins and GM's, so Sammy was really tied into the game.
** * As he progressed with the game, becoming better and better, he finally decided that in Sik, being a DPS role seemed to be his thing. Not to mention medium to long ranged fighting. So, we find Sammy in game, playing a class you wouldn't expect. Why? Well, he's rash like that.

-(passive) Piercing Ammunition: Dua has a slight chance to pierce heavy armor with each landed attack.
-(passive) Headshot; Dua has a slight chance to shoot an enemy in the skull, inflicting fatal damage.
-(active) Quick Reload: Dua can instantly reload his revolvers, allowing him to fire quickly
-(active) Lead Storm: Dua fires both of his revolvers at the enemy, allowing for a 12 hit combo.
-(active) Pistol Whip: Dua can hit his enemy if the enemy is up close, stunning them and knocking them back.
-(active) Super Kick: An intricate combo that lands only one kick at the end of the combo, knocking the enemy back a significant distance.
-(active) Leg Sweep: Dua crouches to dodge an attack, all while tripping his enemy and stunning them.
-(active) Spin Shot: Dua spins to strike an enemy with his elbow, and then proceeds to shoot an enemy behind the original target.
-(active) Bicycle Kick: If you've ever played Mortal Kombat, you know what this is. Dua repeatedly kicks the enemy while propelling himself forward.
-(active) Lead Whirlwind: Unaccurately, Dua spins in a constant circle, all while shooting his revolvers at surrounding enemies
-(active) Drop Kick: Dua launches himself into the air and lands both legs into the enemy.
-(active) Launch Kick: Dua kicks the enemy upwards, into the air, which allows for air combinations.
-(super) Elemental Shot: Dua fires at his enemy, each shot a different element (fire, water, earth, wind, explosive, and nature).
Edit: -(super) Charge Shot: Dua fires an explosive bullet which he can charge for a higher damage output.

@Dharc, Change up the super skill for dua, there is no magic aspect to the desperado so it has to be something different.
