Northern Shrine

Sebastian grinned at Rhea-sama's response. His wild instincts inside of him became excited. They wanted to be free. Hmmm... 'though we shouldn't do it so violently' was Rhea-sama's order. However, that could be interpreted in many, many ways. So maybe Sebastian wouldn't go around rampaging like a demon from the deepest hell, but there was no way he was going to politely knock on the door of another shrine god and their familiar. That would be lame. He had to establish the fact that the Northern Shrine ruled over all the other shrines. That was how it was many centuries ago and even though things had changed, maybe it could still be applied now.

"I will make the arrangements at once Rhea-sama" said Sebastian as he got up and bowed lightly. He then walked to the porch and spreaded his wings as he lifted into the air. His silhouette could be spotted against the moon as he flew towards the Western Shrine. And yet he kept his distance from it and changed into his black bird form, so as to avoid detection whilst he surveyed the area.

Western Shrine

"You'd like to see me try? you know I can just give you the command and you have to hand that thing over" said Alexus triumphantly. "But I'll let you keep it for now. So that I can read more when I do decide to take it haha"

"Now as for my favourite, it would have to be grilled salmon with asparagus and fish eggs. They're generally only cooked in the more pricey restaurants and to come across a good one is rare. Sometimes I wish to go to them, but either I'm out of funds or it would be very awkward to just eat there by myself. And none in my circle of rends wants to go to such pricey places. Maybe i can take you one day... well at least when my situation improves."

Northern Shrine
Rhea nodded and watched as he left, a small frown coming to her face. Although she knew he wouldn't disobey her command, she knew that the demon was extremely smart and sneaky; he'd find some way to get around the order without completely disobeying her. Sighing, she shook her head. He better not get himseld into trouble again and I'll have to bail him out of demon jail. Demon jail was what she refered to the people that Sebastian had a tendecy to piss off.

Soon, Rhea was done with her soup and stood up, taking both his and her bowl in her hands. After washing them, she set them out to dry before heading back to her room, which was located in the back of the shrine. The girl then waited for her demon to return with either good or bad news.

Western Shrine
Raine wrote down his favorite food as he spoke. Hell, it even sounded expensive! But it was her job to make sure her master was happy. She just had to think of a few ways to get money without robbing someone for it. Maybe that computer thing that Alexus always plays on will help her with her current situation. "Well, that's mighty nice of you." Rai e responded just as she zoned back in to hear him say that he would take her. Her master could be pretry sweet sometimes. "So, I know that's your favorite food and all, but all we have is noodles, veggies and meat unti I can go to the store again. Is that okay with you?"

Western Shrine

Alexus looked at Raine "Heh yeah - I'm okay with whatever we currently have. Just nothing too spicy. We can finish this game after dinner" said Alexus. Whilst he did like grilled salmon, he wasn't too fussed about the other foods. To him Grilled slamon was just a 'nice to have' thing in life. Alexus went to lie on a beanbag nearby as he played on his phone. He figured that maybe this shrine could start selling things to earn some money to keep the spiritual energy running. But or now he was tired.

Sebastian flew high in the sky, looking down a the Western Shrine. He could see the faint glow of the Shrine God through the roof and it seemed that he had a familiar with him. But he would wait. After all, was it not Rhea-sama's advice to be more patient? That would apply to hunting situations such as this as well.

Western Shrine
Smiling, Raine nodded. "Great! I'll get started on that now!" She exclaimed before exiting his room through the door instead of the window this time. As she walked down the stairs, a tingling sensation crawled down her spine, making her shiver a little. Another demon was nearby...but who? Most demons tended to stay either near their shrine or in the wild, depending on their rank and etc. She would investigate after she got the food going. Raine went into the kitchen and put the noodles on so they's be soft by the time she got back; she also didn't want Alexus to worry, just in case he came downstairs and didn't see anything cooking. Once that was situated, she walked outside and spread her wings, enjoying the feel of the warm evening sun between her feathers. Time to figure out who this surprise visitor is... she thought before taking off into the sky.

Western Shrine

Sebastian grinned when he saw the familiar of the Western Shrine leave. It was just the perfect moment for him to make his attack, uh, no... invitation. But a demon familiar could not enter the shrine of another equal unless they were invited in. Now of course there were many ways to get invited. Sebastian remained in his bird form and swooped down to the glass window of the room where the Western Shrine God was. He fluffed up his feathers and pecked at the window to gain Alexus' attention.

Alexus was just about to start his nap when he heard the noise. He got up and noticed a strange looking bird outside. Hmm... black wings. Was this one of Raine's friends? Alexus opened the window and the bird flew in, swooping around the room and dive bombing a few times at the human God. Alexus tried to protect himself, only to suddenly realise that a male with large wings had appeared behind him, covering his mouth with his hands so that Alexus couldn't scream. Alexus tried to get away, but his efforts were futile against the power of a demon.

"You must be the human God" started Sebastian. "My Rhea-sama requests your presence"

Sebastian casted a spell that made himself and his captive vanish into darkness. The only thing left to prove that he had been here was a single lone feather left on the carpet of the Western Shrine.

(OOC: Fun trivia! An alternative scene for Sebastian to gain entry was to smash into the window a few times in his bird form and play dead. :P Alas, going *fwump* into windows deviated too much from his style. It would have been very funny though)

Northern Shrine

Rhea-sama would hear the familiar flap of Sebastian's wings as he descended into the shrine. If she slided open the door to the living room, she would find Sebastian seated on the floor with an unconcious Alexus placed in front of him (like an offering).

"Rhea-sama, I have brought the Western Shrine God"

Northern Shrine
When Rhea heard the familiar noise of Sebastian flapping his wings come from the living room. With a smile, she sat down the drawing she'd been working in and stepped out of the room. Once she was in the lving room, she gasped. "Sebastian! I said no violence!" The girl exclaimed and quickling moved over to where the boy laid. Luckily, he was still breathing so she concluded that he was simply unconcious. "What did you do to him?" She asked, a small frown forming on her face.

(Lol...that would have definately been funny)

Western Shrine
When Raine returned to the shrine, she could tell something was off: one, Alexus hadn't been downstairs since she'd left, which was why the pot was over boiling at the moment; two, her master didn't come downstairs to greet her when she got back as he usually did and three, the smell of another demon filled her nose the moment she walked through the door. Frowning, she turned the stove off before hastily making her way up the stairs. The only thing she found was a feather, not her master. Picking up the feather that had been left behind, Raine inhaled the scent before growling. That bastard stole my master! she thought angrily and crushed the weightless item in her hand before quickly taking to the skies once more.

Northern Shrine

"I merely sent him to sleep my Rhea-sama. He was fidgeting too much" explained Sebastian. He then playfully poked Alexus like the human was a play thing. Humans were such fragile creatures but if this one could become a shrine god, then there was perhaps more to him. But still, the Western Shrine was inferior to the Northern Shrine.

Sebastian looked at Rhea-sama and could see that she was genuinely concerned about their fainted guest. He was a bit reluctant to wake up the human god, but supposed that it was what Rhea-sama would have wanted. Thus, Sebastian took a feather from his wings and swept it across the human god's body. Alexus stirred.

Northern Shrine
Rhea watched as the boy stirred and eventually opened his eyes. She quickly went over to his side and looked at him with concern. "Hey, are you all right?" She asked him softly and then glanced up at Sebastian, a small frown on her face. "I assume that his familar doesn't know that you took him?"

Just as she said that, there was the sound of flapping wings above their shrine and Raine growled loudly. "Alexus! Are you in there?" She couldn't go inside without being invited, so all she could do was yell from above.

"The familiar? Not at all. she was... busy" replied Sebastian as he tried to worm his way out of a teaching session from Rhea-sama. It wasn't that he didn't want to be polite, but rather he just wanted to establish their authority and show his power.

Alexus opened his eyes a little to find a girl and a Tengu over him. The girl looked kind, although for some reason the Tegnu's eyes were glowing red and he was grinning at Alexus. Dammits! Was he going to be eaten? Then he heard Raine's voice over head. "I'm in here Raine. I'm okay" said Alexus before he looked towards Rhea. "Where am I? And why am I here?"

Sebastian looked up and then vanished in a flurry of shadows before appearing in front of Raine. "So you must be that boy's familiar. Pleased to make your acquaintance" said Sebastian with the slightest bit of sarcasm.

Raine smiled a bit when she heard Alexus' voice but then glared at the male demon and growled threateningly at him. "I'm not here to make your acquaintance." She said icly. "I'm here to get my master, that you stole from me, and leave." She told him, making it clear that she was only there for one reason.

Rhea smiled as the boy began to talk. Good, Sebastian didn't mess him up mentally or anything. "Well, me and my demon were having a talk about something relavent to the shrine and, once again, her blew my orders out of the water and made everything worst." She muttered and then glance up. She could hear their demon's talking the Alexus' familair didn't sound too happy. "Uhm, Raine?" Rhea callled, using the name she'd hear the boy call her. "I give your permission to enter this shrine." That should keep her from fighting Sebastian.

Hearing the girl's words, Raine grinned happily and disappeared into a cloud of dark smoke. She reappeared in the living room beside Alexus and quickly pulled him into a hug. "Alexus. I got you."
