Stickies in Groups

No. Threads can not be stickied in groups.

And while we are on this topic of autonomy to groups. Would it be possible on expanding the currently viewed threads?

For example: In the group there are ten discussions on the first page. Would it be possible to extend this to say twenty or thirty?

On both questions: Discussions in Social groups work quite a bit differently than normal forum post where both of these could be done. You can think of the Group discussion more like VMs in how they work for the most part.

Now can you still make group discussions stickied within the group though? Or is this also a no go?
