I wish there was more info on non-warp capable ships of decent size but our only options seem to be either a small escort to to scratch build a ship.
Well, they would devote a large amount of resources to getting a personal ship so they can get travel independently and not through smuggling alone, seeing as theyve got the permission.
'll keep it down to a Cobra

“Enemies of the Imperium, hear me. You have come here to die. The Immortal Emperor is with us and we are invincible. His soldiers will strike you down. His war machines will crush you under their treads. His mighty guns will bring the very sky crashing down upon you. You cannot win. The Emperor has given us his greatest weapon to wield. So make yourselves ready. We are the Imperial Guard, and your doom is upon you. "
Same... 15.000 would be a full crew....
15,000 still seems big but what would you consider a skeleton crew of a cobra?

Hmm, not sure but let's just scratch build one I guess, come up with a basic design and PM it to me and we can work it into something solid.

Thank you for the information. The Astropaths and other psykers are they sanctioned or are they rouges as well? In either case chances are Quirin will try to make friends with them as he feel more comfortable around other psykers.Hagazussa the quarters are on the lunar cruiser and quite large and as ostentatious and well decorated as you would like. You have your own rooms naturally, and there are few other psykers in the fleet with most of them filling rolls such as astropath.
Currently I was thinking that the only rogues we would have would be you and the ones we are transporting unless you would like to change that.

No that works for me, but how do the non rouge psykers feel about Quirin who have run away from a Black Ship? Also what about the Rouge Trader herself, is she a rouge or are she a sanctioned psyker?
My character is sanctioned as she was a Inquisitor at one point, the sanctioned psykers probably feel how most Imperial citizens would in that they do not entirely trust her.

Quirin would then probably be a bit nervous around the Rouge Trader then, he trust her and is willing to do almost anything for her, and after that time when she showed understanding for his panicked fear of needles and ordered her medics to treat his wounds without he do feel that she understand his plight, which of course she do since she have been on a Black Ship herself so she know how psykers where are treated, but he will probably also be rather afraid of her since she was an Inquisitor, Quirin will worry that she will turn him over to the Empire one day, or just plain kill him.
Actually she was never on a black ship, she was found by an Inquisition cell and trained by inquisitors who have the power to sanction her without going through the black ship process. In her time as an interrogator though she did of course see the black ships.
