Don't you get four feats, or is that fighter only?

1st, 3rd, humans get 1 extra at 1st, fighter gets feat at 2nd & 3rd. A fighter would ger one feat from 1st, one feat from 2nd and two feats for 3rd for a total of 4 feats. A human 3rd level fighter gets 5 feats for 2 feats at 1st level one at 2nd and 2 at 3rd. Remember to check o see which feats can only be taken at 1st.

No. Extra feat at 2nd.

Fighters get a total of four feats at 3rd level.

But I personally think Fighters are rather gimpy compared to other class options. That's my own opinion, however.

All I gotta say is....

If you don't know what that is, it's a 3rd level Maneuver (Maneuvers are like Attack Spells for Tome of Battle Classes. Not as good as spells, and pretty much only good for attacking, but are (essentially) unlimited in use rate) that allows you to shake off just about any spell that is affecting you, and makes you righteously angry at the person who cast it on you, giving you +2 to attack against people for the rest of the turn.

So say someone casted Entangle or some other holding spell on you.

Hm. I gotta say that's useful. Is going for an optimised build recommended here or a flavour build?

Okay, so I took a heavy halberd and a battlefist, that leaves me with 600 gp left. Any recommendations? I feel like investing in a grappling hook and rope or some other utility item aside from weapons.
