I'll allow either. I don't actually mind overmuch what kind of weirdness they have, as I'm fairly sure my own character is quite weird himself.

Would you mind fighting her but in a younger, tier 3 form. She wouldn't have her shround of internal flame or control flame powers besides mild bending of her fire breath, and her physical abilities will not be as powerful as a dragon if that's too overpowered for this. Having them both involved with dragons could have an interesting fight. Maybe it would be like a trophy kill to show how powerful he is by killing someone who is half dragon, and dragons are a symbol of perfection for his people, so even half dragon must count for something. Plus, her head, wings, and tail would be cool decoration for his motif.

Ok the red one there name is fate and they can make weapons with magic as there main power.

She can manipulate magic a bit, but only to add magical energy to her strikes.

I prefer a bit off mystery to this characters back story.
