"I was thinking I heard metal" Sam looked at her. "I was wondering what was going on" he smiled and turned his back and went back to the sofa. "Where are those dance lessons again?" he said looking to see if he could find something wrong in her history. He had never doubted Penny before, but right now there was some red lights in his head. For as far as he knew there was no dance studio even close to the marina.

Penny shook her head "Just put away my dance shoes." she said, looking totally calm, during the past years she had become a good liar. Walking into the kitchen she got herself a glass of water, looking towards him "It's down at the shopping district, Street 45. But I missed the buss, that's why I'm late... Had to walk." she smiled calmly while she talked. "And why aren't you asleep, by the way? You're gonna be totally hopeless tomorrow."

"I have a feeling I will be okay" Sam said and looked at Penny with a smile, but inside his mind was in fury. Penny was had just told him a lie, she would been taking a really unnecessary rout if she went from the shopping district down to the marina then almost making a u turn to get back home. Something was just not right with what she was telling him, but the mind plays tricks on us all Sam thought to himself. He shook the lie of himself, it could not be true, Penny would never lie and he knew that.

"So now I am really going to sleep see you tomorrow" he said walking into his room. He threw his v neck t shirt into the wall before he lied down in his bed closing his eyes letting his mind drift away. Thinking about the red warm blood he had just drained a girl for, remembering how it flowed into him and how good it tasted.

Penny shrugged "Sure... Just don't blame it om me tomorrow." she said, smiling calmly. Though she didn't show it, all these questions made her raise her guard, Sam usually didn't ask about these things. Looking over at him she shook her head slowly, there was no way he could have figuredh er secret out, and besides he looked totally calm. "Sleep well." she mumbled, intented more on herself that him, as she walked over to her room aswell.

The whole night went by and Sams mind was still thinking about blood. As the sun rose outside Sam got up and walked out to the kitchen to make some food, hearing Penny snore from the other room. Sam got himself some toast before he sat down in the sofa, avoiding every beam of light in the house. Days where Sams version of hell, it was not that he could not stand in sun light it was just that it burned him. It was not dangerous, just a bit painful. Now he was just waiting for Penny to wake up.

Penny sleept longer than usually this morning, probably due to all the work she had been doing at night. But when she finally opened her eyes the sun was shining brightly through the window, making her flick her eyes a few times, because of the sudden light. A quick look towards the clock got her out of bed in no-time, she quickly dressed herself and walked into the kitchen to get some food.

"Good morning!" she muttered, when she noticed Sam, still feeling a little groggy after the long sleep.

"So what are you going to do today?" Sam said with a smile. Inside he was burning to ask the question about why she was at the marina late last night. Many times he was really close to just throw it out there, but he never did. He was sure she was hiding something and he was damned if she was going to hid anything from him. He slowly walked out to the spot where he had found Penny last night and opened the wardrobe. At first glance all he saw was clothes, but he knew he had heard metal so he was going to find the source.

And then his eyes turned blood red and he went into battle mood. He saw weapons hide behind a secret room inside the wardrobe. "Penny you got somethings to explain!" he said angrily and ready for war.

Penny made herself a sandwich and a cup of tea, not really feeling hungry, but she knew that she had to eat in due to keep her strength up. "It's Saturday today, hmm? Guess I'll go to the library and get some more books."She said, with a smile, Penny loved books. She put her plate on the table, and poured out the tea, feeling a little more awake.

Turning her head quickly towards the door, she noticed the angry tone in his voice, Sam never talked to her like that. She figured that he had probably found the weapons "Crap!" she thought, she had not been careful enough yesterday, since she had expected him to be asleep. "I can explain." she said, keeping totally calm, the secret behind lying. Though she hated to lie for him she knew that she soon would have to make up a long story to explain why she had a bunch of weapons in the wardrobe.

"Pleas explain" Sam said calmly while he walked towards Penny. Sams fangs where showing as he growled angrily. "Penny pleas tell me why you have been going around killing people with these!" Sam said hitting the wall as hard as he could. He had lived with Penny for 4 years and only now he finds out she is going around killing his kind. "You better have a really good explanation!"

Penny bite her nail for a moment, putting the most innocent and shocked look on her face "Who said anything about killing?! You really think I'm a murderer, Sam?!" she said, pretending to be surprised though he was right about everything. Since Penny had no idea about him being a vampire she did not believe that he had any knowledge of the occult world neither, so she tried to make up a logical explanation. Seeing this rage in his eyes she automatically raised her guard, she couldn't help but to watch him in a different way than she usually did, as a possible threat.
