Name: Juliana Fon Rustenford
Age: 27
Class: Vanguard
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Personality: Juliana is a very enigmatic character. Because of her earlier experiences when she was young, she has a plethora of inert emotions and stress that she hides behind a stoic facade. She was violent tendencies at times but controls them adequately, yet not every instance can be stopped from surfacing and soon enough projected onto others.
To others she speaks briefly and to the point. Sometimes a hint of amusement or sarcasm will touch her words. Her loss has led her to believe that everyone will die one day or that everyone seeks to destroy and claim superiority through ignorance and words. Because of this her trust within others is low, and she has yet to break this idea that has solidified since the accident.
Appearance:
Juliana has brown eyes that gives off a faint glow due to a genetic mutation from birth. She is around 5’ 8” tall. Her body physique is rather narrow versus some of her bigger colleagues. She has medium-length brown hair.
Unique Marks: Juliana has a large scar tracing from her upper right shoulder to the middle of her back. Her eyes glow very slightly from a birth defect.
Gear: Her armor consists of a lightweight obsidian armored suit that acts like a second skin, so mobility and flexibility isn’t compromised. She wears a blackish-grey jacket that stretches to her knees and duck tails as they split off at her knees. (If it helps just think of something close to what an N7 Slayer wears ... modified and different of course.)

Known History:
Juliana was born and raised on Earth. When she was twelve, both her parents died in a fatal vehicular accident that her Father had died instantaneously at the scene while her Mother finally passed four hours within emergency care. Though medical treatment should have saved her, the medical personnel couldn’t do it. This event marked the first step in her change. She wanted to punish the doctors that couldn't save her mother.
Since their passing, she had gone into a deep recessive state where she’s become impartial to many things. When she was sent to an orphanage, with no adult figure to protect her, the other children taunted and made fun of her eyes though they didn’t know better. The words stung though she willed herself to be neutral. What right did they have to make fun of the eyes she had inherited from her mother? Words directed at her didn’t matter, but words concerning her birth defect hit her on a new level. She would never forget their faces.
Her years at the orphanage were not without trouble. When she was of the age of sixteen, she had a biotic reaction - reason is assumed to be due to high stress - which permanently injured the bullies that had been at her since she had arrived to the run down place. The orphanage supervisors immediately brought the children to the hospital while Juliana was placed within the care of the Alliance Domestic Peacekeeping Corps. After weeks worth of interrogating, an Alliance Officer arrived to where she was held and offered her a chance at something bigger. Her records of this world would be erased, but if she chose to accept, she’d be serving a higher purpose and wouldn’t have to worry about surviving, for with the incident, it’d be hard pressed for her to live normally within the civilian sector.
Without too much fuss she went with the Officer.

Since the incident, Juliana went dark as she stayed far away from the Alliance. She stayed off the grid most as best as she could and fabricated many aliases whenever she needed to be involved with others. She soon went into mercenary work, for she couldn't function anywhere else. The company that took her with little to know question concerning her past was Aurora. She took great lengths to keep her past from resurfacing as she soon becomes part of the Private Military Firm, which, from what she could gather, was much more professional than that of the other groups.
Having agreed to join up, she awaits on Noveria for the predesignated time for the crew to meet.
