I always thought that Cerberus was at their most interesting in ME2, when you actually get to meet members of the group, see what they do etc and learn about their infrastructure and see that they're not all bad. In 1 and 3 they're fairly bland villains but the shades of grey introduced by 2 make them more interesting IMO.

So true, perhaps I liked a group due to the fact ME2 was the first ME game iv'e played. In the other games they seem to be chaotically evil often seemingly for now good reason at all.

Anyway i've updated the OP proper and it is now complete for the most part. You may want to look into it, if nothing but to get a better idea of the organization.

Figured I would get the history up while I was working on the personality and equipment.
I decided to go with the Huntress/Commando.

Tech talents: Cryo Blast, Tech Mastery, Sabotage, Dampening, Hacking. (He specializes in upgrading and disabling arms, armor, and communication systems. )

Known History: Born and brought to Halegeuse by his clan, he grew up around the mining mechs and developed strong fascination with them. At the age of thirteen his talents in mech modification and data rerouting netted him a chance at working with the STG. However his records are tightly sealed, allowing only a small amount of information stating he helped in the advancement of a triple weave “harmony” coating that has been placed into production for hard-combat suits, enhancing their kinetic, thermal, and arcing resistance by 67.2% without the need of kinetic barriers. His work in his own personal light mech “ARIE” (Advanced Rerouting Intelligence Emitter) has cause a small following of his work and has earned him more than a few offers by the Eclipse Security to modify their mechs.

His work on combat armor and knowledge of Communication code allowed him the option to further explore his abilities by becoming an candidate to join the Blades Of Aurora. Despite his somewhat “illogical sentiments” for enjoyment, he was chosen as the Salarian offer, some say due to the lack of breeding rights from his clan.

Personality: Kimberly is a stubborn young woman born out of her own brilliance. Bearing a keen analytical mind.
Appearance: Kimberly is pale from having rarely been out in the sun and she has spent a fair bit of money on cosmetic surgery to ensure she looks as good as she is smart. Several locks of her have been replaced with fiberoptic wire which change colour based on either her mood or by choice. Her finger and toenails have received the same treatement, replaced by artificial nails that can change colour and radiate light at will. Her back is covered with the sweeping wings of an angel, also luminescent like her hair and nails. These all, can of course, be turned off with her omnitool when sneaking around in the dark.
Unique Marks: Her "angel wings" tattoo, nails and glowing locks.

Gear: Kinetic Barrier Harness, Augmented Reality Visor, Omnitool, M-5 Phalanx Pistol, a good supply of Omni-Gel, a small amount of Medigel,

Biotic/Tech talents: Weaver is a communications and networking specialist. Using her Omnitool she can wirelessly access weapons, kinetic barrier systems and cause them to function erratically. In addition she can access remote cameras, turrets and other systems. She once bragged that she could fly a ship into battle using only her omnitool.

Known History: Weaver has scoured the nets, erasing as many references to herself as possible. As a result, only a concerted effort by a special organization or a Spec.T.Re will provide anything more than the simplest information. Provided one can even discern her real name is Kimberly Masterson what little can be found is a place of birth, educational history, grade point average and the like. The average plethora of advertising information is nearly empty.

Unknown History: Kimberly began her career as a hacker without peer and when she petitioned to join the Eclipse she was accepted almost eagerly. What Kimberly doesn't like people knowing is that she passed their initiation test, the "Blooding" as they call it. Killing someone, even if it was a slimy scum sucking slaver was still not something she was pleased by. Doing her duty with the Eclipse she grew further disenfranchised with their underhanded means.

It was a year after joining the Eclipse that her mercenary band went up against Donald Armstrong who was then employed with the Alliance and his crew. The fighting turned against the Eclipse, despite having the stronger Asari biotics and more technical savvy, simply due to the Alliance's much better tactical ability. Proper positioning, military training, and the application of flanking maneuvers beat raw power on most occasions. It was during this even that Kimberly simply refused to blow the airlocks, an action that would have wiped out not only the Alliance force but a good number of the Eclipse serving as rear guard.

Shortly thereafter, Donald Blake and his first squad came in to discover an Asari holding Kimberly in the air with her biotic powers and a hair's breadth away from snapping Kimberly's neck. After her timely rescue and an extensive debriefing Donald was impressed with Kimberly's refusal to space him and his men at what would have been the cost of her own life and he pulled a few strings to get her into the Alliance Fleet. When he left the Alliance Fleet and was looking for a technical expert her name immediately sprang to mind.

Name: Captain Jonathan Huang (Nicknamed 'Skipper')

Class: ME2/ME3 Sentinel

Personality: Jonathan has two seemingly distinct personalities, the jokingly cynical side to him that is most evident off or just prior to combat, and the calculating, deadly serious commander, that he switches to in an instant, particularly if the Blades of the Polaris come under significant threat. Both are products of the life Jonathan has led, from a child of the slums of Earth, to his role in the Alliance marines. While, in the process of planning and in discussion of contracts, Jonathan is willing to take advise from every member of his crew, should they feel the need to express their views, he is equally uncompromising when issuing orders or addressing the Blades formally, even the longest standing and/or most valued members of the team are unlikely to walk away from such a situation without some level of scathing. While in the event that such advise would have led to a more beneficial outcome, Jonathan is likely to apologize, although not for ignoring them, but for not thinking it himself. This is entirely down to his belief that while a Captain can be your friend, it is more important for you to respect him in a critical situation.

Appearance: ((Rough guide, an older version of this with some more features) As with most of the population of Earth, Jonathan is mixed race, a combination of Caucasian, Chinese and Indian bloodlines divulge in him, although due to a lack of any family presence in his life, as with many, he is entirely unaware of how this has occurred. He would generally be considered handsome, although this is of course subjective, minus the slightly jagged scar which splits his face diagonally down to the left corner of his mouth, while modern medicine has stopped this damaging the skin around the line, it is not something you would miss. His body type would be considered athletically muscular, rather than bulky, considering his commanding role requires general fitness as opposed to brute strength.

Unique Marks: His scar, as well as a wealth of tattoos across his arms and back, largely from various stages in his life in the military, although his back is largely decorated with the Aurora insignia and name.

Known History: Jonathan grew up among the slums of Central Asia, having been carried along with a group of refugees from other regions of the continent due to rising sea levels not yet being controlled in the less developed regions of the world. Here, in the polluted and overcrowded sprawl, he survived as a petty thief, avoiding becoming caught up in any gang activity due to his lack of ties to anyone else after being considered old enough and abandoned by the orphanage he had previously lived. Despite this, he did often clash with the more outright hostile elements of the criminal underworld, developing within him both a drive and affinity at surviving, whatever the circumstances. In an effort to escape from the dire and dangerous situation he currently lived, Jonathan signed up with the Systems Alliance military, already fit and sharp from his lifestyle, he was fast tracked through the marines, reaching the rank of 1st Lieutenant before the Eden Prime War. After said conflict and the consequential cover up of the Reaper threat, only increasing with the death of Shepard, Jonathan retired from military service, although his highly promising record made him one of the first individuals to be contacted about the formation of the Blades of Aurora, of which he signed on as Captain. While his actions as a mercenary captain may be questioned morally by the Alliance to some extent, his is certainly exemplary by Mercenary standards, avoiding both loss of his underlings and civilians, although the former is of higher priority.

As the captain of the Blades, Jonathan has clashed with almost every major criminal organisation in the terminus systems, and is well known throughout hubs such as Omega and Ilium, he maintains cordial, often positive, relations with Aria T'Loak and tends to avoid direct confrontation with her, on the grounds that the Blades can't really do any good if their all dead.

Unknown History:
-Killed a total of 5 individuals in his life on Earth, largely in self-defense although not necessarily fitting in with a court's definition of the term.
-Had brief contact with the Biotic Underground during his youth, although, he cut said ties when further understanding of how dangerous the movement was dawned upon him.
