So it's basically very similar to the Normandy, with the quarters above the main deck.
And the VI?

Name: Simbel Xho-Dan vas Nothing
Age: 22
Class: Engineer/Pilot
Gender: Male
Race: Quarian
Personality: A party animal blowing his money on alcohol and Asari prostitutes, he acts like every day he lives may be the last as it may be in his line of work. He’s quite friendly with everyone and likes to crack jokes once in a while. This means that while he goes along well with anyone who can make a joke, including the most brutish Krogan ones or those mocking his own race, he doesn’t go well with people who are always serious and professional, which by definition means a lot of Turians.
While he is easily approachable and open to everything ranging from cross species intercourse with an Elcor to debating religion with a Hanar, he shows a surprising lack of trust and puts very little values on lives, sometimes including his own.
Appearance:
As any Quarian, there is very little to say outside of his fashion sense about his appearance. He likes trendy clothing, less utilitarian than most Quarians, and distinctively uses plated fabric to stop bullets and knife stabs rather than the slick elastic suits generally seen. His built can be considered light even if physically he’s still a trained pilgrim capable of handling himself.
Unique Marks: His right arm is robotic, a constant reminder of how his adventure on Omega turned to hell extremely quickly.
Gear:
-Omnitool
-Blood Pack Punisher SMG
Biotic/Tech talents:
-Drain Shield
-Sabotage
-Combat Drone
Known History: Unlike many pilgrims that try to have a more or less honest way to gain their gift for the fleet, Simbel immediately went for the quick money in mercenary jobs on Omega. Ruthless in his approach, he had some good success and got the nickname ‘Elisius’ after a Turian bird that made the craziest maneuver to get his pray due to his piloting skill. He was however almost killed by Archangel who sent a bullet in his shoulder and then just walked away, leaving the Quarian to die of an infection with the polonium round he sent through his suit. He damn near died indeed and lost an arm in the process. He didn’t wait for Archangel to discover that he survived and left Omega without demanding his change. After that however, it was small jobs after small jobs, blockade runner here, escort duty there. When Aurora offered him a job it was either that or starve to death.
Unknown History: At any point during his Blue Sun carrier, even after Archangel putted a round through him, Simbel had enough cash to buy a nice ship and go back triumphant to the fleet, ending his pilgrimage. The thing is that he left in disagreement with the fleet. He was after all one of the few Geth apologist there. This hate rhetoric he couldn’t bare to hear anymore when he got his hands on old records showing how obvious it was that the Quarians were the one who just tried to kill an entire race when it reached sapience. After he left, he conceived Keo, an AI. She’s been with him through thick and thin and is somewhat one of the reason he’s such a good pilot and a good mechanist, she gives a hand here and there. Their relation has reached a point where it’s almost a romance with her starting the good ol’ nerve stimpro once in a while. He couldn’t imagine living without her and since she’s based on geth design, she’d be considered a menace by Quarians or any council space races alike. When sometimes he can be heard having a conversation with an invisible person, he prefers to say he has split personalities rather than to admit her existence so she would remain protected. In the end, he prefers the company of machines and AIs. They don’t lie, they don’t betray and are generally more open minded than most organics.

Gentlemen...
Lee: "Man, it's a good thing there's no Quarians on the crew or else I'd have so much more work to do."
Simbel: "Hi Doc!"
Lee: "...." *twitch*
Simbel: *airlock'd*
Lee: "ITS A GOOD THING THERE ARE NO QUARIANS ON THE CREW."

Gentlemen...
Though, I'm assuming there's a typo in Simbel's bio. Quarians hate artificial intelligences with a passion. They study them only to figure out how better to destroy them ever since it was artificial intelligences caused them to flee their homeworld. I do think you meant Virtual Intelligences?
It'd also mean that, if they know about his pet A.I. most Quarians will try and kill Simbel on sight.
