Ringo smiled and put his hand down, "Thanks for trusting me." he said and started walking to his car. He opened the passenger door and held it open for her, "Oh, yeah I forgot you can control me. Your not going to do that tonight are you." he said hoping she wouldn't randomly make his face go in his food or something.

"Don't tempt me and I won't." Jackie said laughing as she got in the seat amused. "Oh and when is my Christmas gift due?" She asks having that urge to randomly spit out their conversation from last time her eyes sparkling with her amusement and a small hint of something else.

Ringo smiled as he closed the door behind her and got in the car, "Well considering how before you thought your Christmas gift was me, I have no clue unless your gonna freeze me again and keep me." he said hoping she didn't do just that. It wasn't the being kept by her that worried him it was the fact he wouldn't be able to move.

"Freeze you? Nah. That was a one time thing. I will enjoy the present while it moves." Jackie said actually comfortable with the enuendo's and stuff with him when she thought it silly with any other guy. She tilts her head as her thoughts stopped at that info. So...did that mean she was comfortable with him? Did she like him? Well yeah otherwise she wouldn't be here right?

Ringo smiled, "Ok, thanks. I don't think I would be a very interesting date if I couldn't even get out of the car." he said smiling. He pulled out of her driveway and started to head towards Ruby Tuesday's. "So, where are you from?" he asked wanting to know more about her. He kept wondering why he was even doing any of this and he still couldn't come up with the reason though he knew he wanted to learn more about Jackie.

"You don't know? You really need to get in the twenty first century dude. My family the Daratrazanoff's are a very influential and rich family. We struck gold in the thirteenth century and have been richer than Midas since. I was born with a silver spoon in my mouth. I had it removed at the age of three. I am originally from the UK but my accent is faded and only comes out during times of stress or if I'm really pissed off or if I focus enough." She said her British accent coming through as she explained. "I had no wish to be a vein person so I moved out. Xena was part of the bargain. Raised in Russia with her brothers she knows how to take out a person and at the same time be a lovely family pet."

Ringo chuckled, "I knew you are part of a rich family but I would rather hear you tell the story then go off of assumptions that people have made over the years." he said smiling. He smiled again as he heard her accent come out for a brief period of time. "Nice to know that at least your dog didn't kill me, when I first met you and just growled at me." he said glad that he wasn't dead and had been able to do this with her. "You don't seem like a vain person to me, I know that probably doesn't mean much to you considering you just met me but still."

Jackie smiles at him glad to know that her goal was achieved. "It means a lot to me that you didn't assume and took the time to know me. Some won't go beyond my name before they start solvating. Its disgusting. But doesn't mean I won't give to those that deserve it. I do my best to do my part. How about you? Wanna tell me your story?" She asked.

Ringo smiled, "I usually don't assume anything about anybody. I am a cautious man but I do give people a chance to make me trust them a little bit. You are now somewhat trusted, you would be trusted accept for I haven't forgotten about being frozen." he said chuckling. When she asked about his story he frowned slightly, "I think that is more of a second date type story." he said not really wanting to ruin the date. He thought about what he had just said about a second date and wondering why he had said it when he didn't even know why he had asked her out in the first place, I think I am starting to lose it, he thought to himself.

"Well then I shall look forward to it." Jackie said feeling a thrill at his mention of a second date. She was glad that he seemed to have the same attraction that she had for him. "Oh come on. I am sorry I did that, but whatever one can do to protect herself in this day and age right?" She implores for him to forgive her. For as mentioned, she only had her dog Xena with her.
