Alright, peeps. It's time to decide.
Location, location, location!
Do we all want to be in one big city? Enables ease of running into each other, but doesn't provide a wide variety of settings to choose from. Or does everyone want to just choose their own location? We'd still have a main, but people could do other areas as they chose. Make sense?

I'd almost suggest 1 "Area" rather than spread out to hell and back. With electricity gone, distances are vastly increased due to the lack of fast traveling vehicles, leaving us with bicycles and horses and our character's own two feet. By "Area", I mean state or a cluster of states. While a city could work as well. But if people have done Character sheets as I have, and put in locations already, things would likely need a bit of explaining, or rewriting...also requires the declaration of a city.
I really don't mind where it is, but I think a big city such as LA, New York, or Phoenix would be idea. In any scenario, google maps will be your friend.

All one city is best. Otherwise everyone would pick a different city and it be confusing.
LA is a good choice. If it's big enough, could include the rest of SoCal as well.
What we need is something about the city to attract everyone to its location... that way there's a reason for us all to gather.
