Febuary 11 is also a public holiday (Foundation Day), meaning we'll have a long weekend right after the second day.
Mainly set it up that way so that 'The Event' could happen on day 2, and then everyone would have the weekend to figure things out, and get together freely. :P

Good posts, guys I'm really loving everyone's characters and it's interesting to see how and in what manner they think of everyone else and what their current relationship standing is. Fun stuffs.

http://portalseven.com/calendar/Holi....jsp?year=2013 looks like it shows a good japanese calendar for next year with all their holidays (bar the more informal ones like Valentine's Day (2/14), White Day (3/14) and Christmas (12/25). If you have a good calendar that you're basing the rp and events on that's different to this, I'd be interested to see it, Shin.

Also are we doing it where everyone has school on Saturdays? Also what about half days? I want to say that Wednesday and Saturdays are half days at school but I honestly have no idea and can't remember if that's right or not. If it's not and they have to go to school Monday-Saturday with clubs on top then LMAO those japanese kids have it rough. xD

Ah, all these holidays sound fun! xD Golden Week'll be pretty cool too.

Also, I think Japanese students can potentially have it a little easier than South Korean kids, at least. Some stay at school as late as 10pm-midnight. And if I recall, they go to school on Saturdays as well. ;A;

Yeah, the education system in Japan and South Korea is way more brutal than in the US at least. We look so lazy in comparison, at least in my opinion hahaha.

Well the UK's lazier still. You guys are in compulsory education until 18, right? When I was at school it was only 16. Our school time was also 9:00am - 3:30pm. I think some of America's schools start earlier then that?

But holy cow wow @ South Korean students. School until 10-pm/MIDNIGHT? WHEN THE HELL DO THEY FIT IN SLEEP?

Sleep does not exist for Asian students ;A; We're totally lucky in the U.S., lol. I don't know if other schools did this, but in California we had shorter days on Mondays (got out at 1:30pm) and occasionally we'd get out even earlier than that (12:45pm) if there were after school teacher meetings and stuff.
