Modesta wasn’t in her nightmare anymore…but she was still asleep…and chewing on the pillow. ‘Jello’ was a word bouncing around her head, suggested onto her unconsious self from a certain out of wack bandit, causing her to hunger and awaken. Sitting up on the bed with a damp pillow still being chewed on, her eyes were still closed as she scratched the back of her shorts in a very unladylike manner, “Mmmm…wheres the…mmm…bacon jello, m’sir…? Mmmm…”

"For the last time Mckenna, I cannot cast feather fall." Gamma said, exasperated. "But you got's ta! then we can jump off things!" McKenna responded, slurring a bit. "For the love of all that is... Modesta! You have awakened! Please help me..." Gamma said. McKenna didn't respond, he just sort of started to munch on his arm a bit. "I think I overdid it with the sedative... Oh yes, Your associate told me to deliver this holopad."

Modesta wiped some drool of her cheek with the back of her hand, running her other hand through her hair, mumbling a bit and reaching a hand under her shirt to adjust her bra a bit. Yawning loudly, she shook her head and slapped the sides of it a bit, but not once opening her eyes, “Mmmm…its holotablet, the knock off of holopad brand technology…perfectly legal on this planet. Mmmm…give it here? Did he mention which upgrade for what? Legs? Car? Personal project? Toast?! I don’t know…”
-
Falcon...
"I don't think the toaster would even need an upgrade, what with it's infinite wisdom." Gamma said as he handed her the tablet. "Do you have any ideas on dealing with over-sedated bandits?" he asked as he gestured to McKenna, who was currently playing tic-tac-toe with the sink. the sink was winning.

Moe was much more awake now, flipping through the online catalogue, looking for the bookmarked page. Hmmm…there was an old kit for converting the car from gas to electricity…buying old petrol was hella expensive, so this should help cut the costs by a lot. Entering some information, and bringing the tablet to a leg to scan the information off an integrated holopad, she signed with her finger before sending in the order. Getting up and over to the bandit…she was impressed, the bandit was doing better than her at tic tac toe! Pausing a moment, she looked over her shoulder at Gamma, “Errr…this shouldn’t be the effect of the sedative, not at all. Did you read the label…hmmm…? Or maybe he’s allergic? Maybe nanites added to his body from another occation are trying to reject the medication by causing over active brain activity?! Interesting, interesting…” Modesta seemed to space off into her own little world, thinking on it hard.

"Yeah, I am unsure of what we are going to do with him." Gamma said. "In any event, there appears to be a situation brewing in one of the settlements. there has been a rash of murders recently in a place known as..." Gamma had a lot of trouble speaking the next part, as he found the name far to stupid to say. "Three-town..." He said with a sigh. "In any event, I find it interesting that each victim was augmented."

“You sure it wasn’t amateur radio reporting exaggerating the numbers again? Three-town though? Not too many of the people living there are heavily augmented, so they must have come from another town over…but, just what are they doing over here?” Thinking on this, the high bandit was making creepy chattering noises this time. Getting a little bit impatient, instead of using her electrically charged stun needles like usual…she took hold of the bandit bringing herself face to face with him, rearing her head back, she swiftly brought it back for a powerful head butt. With a loud crack, and a moment of silence, the guy fell back unconscious…talk about money saving efficiency. “Anymore information you gather, Gamma?” Moe asked this while rubbing her forehead with the back of her hand. A head butt probably wasn't the smartest this for her to do, especially with her head injury and all.

"I do not know, I am just suggesting we investigate." Gamma replied. When Modesta incapacitated the bandit, he was conflicted. He was appalled that she could just attack an innocent man like that, yet he was overjoyed that she shut him up. "Anyway... I also learned that all of the corpses were burned. Though not all of them were burned in the same way, as some were found with precise circular burns and others were simply roasted."

“Errr…ew. Maybe gang or bandit related, shady dealings gone wrong…I’m thinking a duo, a team doing the killings. I wonder if Kyle will stay around to help… I doubt it, not much law can be enforced by two security guards, so his help is much more needed on the other side of the colonized side. We’ll just have to handle things on our own.” Modesta dragged the unconscious bandit onto the nearest bed, before looking up at Gamma, "Should we do more research, I'm sure the reports are probably already in the inbox. Or...we could skip straight to investigating...?"
-
Falcon...
"All the research would do is tell us what I have already figured out: the weapons in use are some sort of flame projection device and a precision laser of some sort." Gamma said. Though he wasn't 100% sure, Those were fairly likely. "I do not know how many there are, but those are the two weapons in use. From what I gather, they are likely of the Vulcan industries and Nova corporation manufacturers. That means heavy weapons, so I suggest we acquire some more... lethal equipment. just in case. Also, I am the designated pilot this time."
