Thing is, people in the Northlands are wary of magic as well. Only the war-priests and shamans really use it. XebenXeb's idea of Demon communing won't really fly because everyone everywhere hates Demons (unless you're some weird cultist or sorcerer who lives in a cave or something).

Oh god, so much goin down on this thread, yo. Everyone who requested a reservation will have said reservation, except the grammar nazi, as he has not yet confirmed his willingness to general it up. I truly don't care who plays who, because every spot is important. Hell, make more than one character if you want- that's what i'm going to do. In addition to being Jarls and Kings and so forth, you can play as minor generals as well.

Okay, onto the Map situation. I have a map (albeit a crappy one) which I have been slowly formatting for this RP. Will be up tonight. Rocket, would you like to make a good version of it when the time comes?

That was KnaveLord's idea, actually. Though I was thinking of making my Jarl secretly dabble in weird occultism, maybe something to do with cannibalism or human sacrifice or something. Ancient Nordic rituals perhaps, from before the northerners even had an empire. Evil stuff in any case, just to stir up some trouble. I'm just brainstorming here.
