Stonehelm is literally Switzerland. It sits between Italy and Germany.
Monbodo finally has it! Stonehelm is a high fantasy swiss/english kind of place.
Anywho, the approx size of the the mass is... well, large. Imagine the northern reaches of the Northlands to be the very tip of canada, and the southern coast of Borkstvo to be the end of mexico.

scale wise, I mean
ALL CRIES ARE WAKING!
Whitest White of all White!
Blackest Blacks of all Blacks!
Shame and Son, Sun, and Shadow!
Stronger than gods, brighter than mortals!
Only He is Awake!
Only He is Alive!
So the Kingdom of Nords is about 3 million square miles, while the Empire is about 4.5 million. Stonehelm is around 150 000 square miles. The kingdom of Laodecia encompasses 180 000 square miles. I'll compute the numbers soon enough.
The Empire
Size: 4 500 000 square miles
Pop Density: 65 p/m
Population: 300 000 000
Capital Population: 260 000 people
Max army size: 15 000 000 men
The Nords
Size: 3 000 000 square miles
Pop Density: 50 p/m
Population: 150 000 000
Capital Population: 160 000 people
Max army size: 8 000 000 men
Laodecia
Size: 150 000 square miles
Pop Density: 60 p/m
Population: 9 000 000
Capital Population: 45 000 people
Max army size: 800 000 men
Stonehelm
Size: 180 000 square miles
Pop Density: 65 p/m
Population: 11 700 000
Capital Population: 52 000 people
Max army size: 580 000 men

Don't look at me, that's what the data says given the enormous size of the kingdoms. But keep in mind that nobody will approach that number, because you still need to pay your men, prevent them from dying off due to disease or deserting, ect.. It's a hypothetical situation in which your nation is united completely to wage total war, which I can say for certain will not happen in this game.
Those numbers seem just exceedingly too high to provide any kind of verisimilitude. Honestly, since I really would have to guess as to how the numbers work, my first suggestion is to just play it by ear and not mention any specific numbers unless completely necessary.
I've never heard of too many countries actually having an army in the millions, however many that may mean. We're still a medieval setting, and around 600 years before medieval times, a band of 60 men was considered an army (true story).
So, lets tone it down, but just say "less than what the math says".
The Romans and Chinese had armies in the millions. /Nitpicking
But yeah, I think we should take out a zero for those numbers, so the Empire has 1 500 000 men, the nords 800 000, and so on. We can just do the Dragon Age thing and pretend that the landmass is much smaller than it is canonically.
We would NEVER be able to even have 1/3 of that number trained and equipped at one time, though. Nearly impossible. In addition, the numbers would be pretty low if it were something like a governmental rebellion or something, though if Demons or Northmen attacked, the number of people joining the armies would be much higher.
I like the numbers. They fit well. Then again, I probably see everything a lot differently than you guys do- this continent is pretty damn big. It'll take a looooong time to walk from the capital of Ravenkrak to Borkstvo.

Fiiiiiiine, let's take some zeros off. Would be easier that way.
ALL CRIES ARE WAKING!
Whitest White of all White!
Blackest Blacks of all Blacks!
Shame and Son, Sun, and Shadow!
Stronger than gods, brighter than mortals!
