Okay that sounds like it will work. Let me pitch my plan to you and see what you think.
His mother was the one with psionic abilities, which she kept a secert,
and after having her son , Saeren (pronounced sair-in, like from mass effect.)
she left him with his father. once his father relized his gift he decided to keep it
a secert in hopes of keeping his son safe. Thus no chip. Think it works?
I change it a bit if it doesn't like maybe he did get chipped, on his
upper arm, and he just always wore something over it.

Ebrithil - Saren was a total badass, nice choice of name! Your backstory is perfectly fitting within the universe. I think Saren would be told by his father to keep himself to himself though, just in case anyone found out, as it'd be a major crime for him to not be registered as a Gifted with the government. Perhaps he could go into hiding after he loses control of his powers and then join the Academy in order to seek Alvarez's support, since the headmaster would be very sympathetic with a case like this and would defend Saren against the government by saying that the incident would not have happened if Saren's father didn't feel his son would be discriminated against if his Gifted status was open knowledge!

Thats pretty much how I was wanting to spin it. Glad you approve. I'm thinking he would be
born in a town that was really anti-gifted, thus the deception.
And glad you like the name.
Totally psyched about this idea. Been wanting to do something like it for ages.

No the only race that is available as of now are Gifted, I'm pretty sure that a summon could be a Succubus, however i would suggest that you look over the psion powers and see whether or not you could incorporate some aspects of a Succubus into the format of the RP. Also i'd wait for 3dog to show up.

Asking to be a Succubus in this RP is kind of like asking to be a Xenomorph in a Harry Potter RP! As Yael said, your summon could be a Succubus, and perhaps you could incorporate succubus-like aspects into your character such as beauty, seductiveness etc. without being an actual Succubus, since they're definitely not part of the universe.
