I'm saying that the only way to be happy is to BE HAPPY. You're never going to obtain happiness merely through works alone. Even with the case of effort justification, you have to make a decision to either mope around because you failed or take joy out of your effort. But the main point is that you shouldn't think that you have to do something or get something in order to be happy. Just be happy with things as they are.
