Because of the strengths of forces and quantity of various matter, given enough entropic time, you were going to make that argument anyway.
But that doesn't mean your mind has been controlled. You may say that all that occurs would have occurred anyway but the past controls the future, not vice-versa. Decisions had to be made to lead up to the circumstances that causes you to make a decision.

Yes, past controls the future. Things from before the human race existed controlled how the human race came about. Things from before the earth formed controlled your thoughts now.
In this case we are what's called "victims of circumstance". But our ability to think for ourselves does not change. That's what free will is, thinking for ourselves. Is someone else doing your thinking for you? If not then you act on free will.
