Name: Ashton Baxter

Position in Empire (Kindred/Empirial Officer/Citizen): Citizen. A doctor employed in an Empirial Medical facility.

History:

Personality (Optional): Dr Baxter is a soft-spoken man altogether, and somewhat shy. He keeps most desires and aspirations secret and though he comes across as an easily manipulated individual, his "inner" self keeps note of everything and silently plots payback.

Burst Pokemon: Hydreigon, aka "Mr Noir"

Burst Pokemon's Personality: Mr Noir is definitely a good fit for Ashton, as he is impulsive and assertive. Nasty, even, to a certain extent. To think that he manipulates or coerces Dr Baxter into some of the things he does would be a complete lie. They feed off each other to attain their goals. Initially a pragmatic relationship, they have developed a true relationship based on respect, admiration and friendship.

I am still reading up on the other characters, but I can be flexible in his allegiances. I originally thought he might be anti-Empirial but not part of any group at the start.
