So she withdrew. That was good, she could cover and embargo his mind as much as she wanted, he only meant to show that he knew the arts she was capable of. If she took that as invitation to fight, then so be it.

The spear comes and TenHass leaps to the side as best he can, all that crackling raw energy singing his shirts as it glances across the front of his shoulder, his thrust expectedly awry, he twists and spins, lashing a foot behind Aero's in a sweeping arc low to the ground, meaning to catch her ankle and imbalance her.

Evvie was not trained in the slightest for mental warfare, so she had no idea what they were doing at the moment. However, she was able to see the energy attack from miss red hat and the man's reaction by spinning, so at that point it was confirmed that the battle had indeed begun and that the man appeared to be completely preoccupied. Yes! Her stealth mission appeared to have been a success after all! She got up from her belly onto her knees in a quick motion and then pushed off of the dirt with her legs, propelling her up into the air so that she was now flying in at his backside while he was busy trying to trip up the girl. As she closed in she let out a battle roar and used her right fist to try and punch the back of his head as she came arching back down from her previous jump. She couldn't use her fire breath due to the girl being far too close. Once her punch was concluded, for better or worse, and her feet touched down, she'd leap backwards away from his weapon's range and hover in the air to await her next chance to attack.
As he spun, leg extended, a fist came from nowhere and caught TenHass across the face. He lost balance and toppled fully to the ground; his attack much weaker if it would even hit at all.
Areo would respond to his attack simply by jumping up likie a hurdle jumper then crushing his face to the ground with a magical kick to the back of the head. This would launch her up in the air were she would summon a cloud spirit to catch her about twenty meters up as it would float and be a soft landing. She smiled as her tush landed on the spirit she noticed a young dragon thing had gotten involved. "He's done for." She thought smiling to herself, though she continued on to say, "but something doesn't add up." She pondered the thought for a second. After thinking about it she pulled out her "Magic Marker" and drew a smiley face on the front of the cloud with a magical imprint of green. "There now it's perfect." she said to herself quite content.

Evvie grinned as she felt her fist connect with his body...or connect with something at least. It felt weird, but in the intensity of the moment and her obvious lack of smarts, she wasn't able to analyze that it was a barrier that she had hit and not his actual face. Invigorated by her success and her ally joining in on the attack, she waited until the girl had bounced out of the danger zone and then unleashed her fire breath on his position while still hovering in the air outside of his weapon's reach.

Twice. Twice in one second he was knocked down on the head. His two foes were airborne too, something he could not do.
As he stands he looks up, Areo siting on a cloud and coasting down, and the third... Oh no. Flame gushed all over him, and engulfed him. He did all he could, reaching out and forcing the air around him to not agitate and catch him alight. The heat was unbearable however, and his lungs burnt with the heat of the air that entered them, his breathing becoming ragged.
He falls to his knees, moments after he raises both his hands and drops Mlorta.
"AsaJurak Mur#onis! JurakTahr D'SharahTen!" He wails. He is in the presence of a Half-Dragon, like the mighty SharahTen, and he calls his dissatisfaction to the heavens.
After he drops his hands back to his sides, he picks Mlorta up. and stands up again, thankful for his layer of compressed air acting as a buffer from the impact, or else he'd most likely be dead.
No time now to make mistakes. He readies himself for an onslought, wishing Elise was here.
After what would have normally given him a good toasting, she heard a bizarre wailing coming from inside that she was pretty sure wasn't English, but given the fact that she didn't even know all of the English words anyways she couldn't be entirely certain. Whatever the case may be, she considered that to be irrelevant to have to think about. Maybe confusing her was just his purpose to begin with. Evvie stopped the flames from her throat just before she began to get too dizzy from the lack of oxygen. What was expected to be a criminal roasted well done was actually a criminal with his weapon at the ready and a fresh look of determination. He clearly had some way to not get harmed by her fire, as she concluded, so she decided that she'd try to beat him again because that had worked so much better previously. With a stronger flap of her wings then the ones simply keeping her airborn in place, she surged up and forward towards his left side and made an effort to knee him in the face as she flew into him. Meanwhile, her two hands were at the ready to try and restrain his sword arm.

"Tohroa ShahMorkan." TenHuss utters a small sentence urging Evvie to come and face him, under his breath, and more to mentally steel himself for the fight.
As she dives, he twists to the side and spins on one foot, his other foot held high and his head low, he times it so she flies past him to catch her in the spine with his heel; followed by stabbing at her with Mlorta, curling it along his torso and lashing out as he rotates and skips aside.
As she continues moving, he follows her, keeping on her and making sure she's not too far away to strike back at. Grim purpose set.
