Fallout: The Beginning

Would anyone be interested in a Fallout RP, set within DC, that would take place 6 months after the bombs dropped? This is around the time where the radiation levels would begin to fall and it would be safe to traverse the wastes... from a radiation standpoint anyway. I think it would be quite interesting to explore how the Capital Wasteland became what it did and the formation of groups such as Raiders, Talon Company, Regulators etc We'd take some liberties with the story too and introduce some new lore or modify existing lore, we don't have to be entirely faithful to the Fallout canon.

The Wasteland would be relatively untouched so opportunities for looting would be great and it would be an interesting scenario to RP in a world where everyone is terrified and confused as it is an entirely new and dreadful America that they face. What would your fear inspire you to do? Would you make the Capital Wasteland a better place or would you take it for yourself? If you have any suggestions or are interested, let me know! This RP would be open to any and all, as I think that even people unfamiliar with Fallout could join in!
