Merry Christmas everyone.
I just wanted to gauge interest on a new RP. I wanted to step outside of my usual territory in RPing, and I've been watching a couple sci-fi shows, so I decided to make a Space Battles Roleplay. I want players to take the role of officers on spaceships of the Earth Defence fleet, protecting our solar system from alien invaders (the classic sci-fi scenario). I'm not sure if we should command our own ships or if we should be all on the same ship - that's up to you to decide.

Yep. Uniform color corresponds to your department. I'll list these later in the OOC thread. Also, weapons are highly advanced in the RP because it takes place in 2205. There's everything from positron bombs to wave motion guns and of course blasters for individual characters.

I'm sure you can have personalised weapons, but I recommend a blaster pistol of some sort because it will take up less space than say, a space minigun or bazooka when walking through the tighter quarters of a spaceship.
Multiple characters is fine, of course!
