Christmas break and boredom. Male characters required.

As the title suggests, I am on Christmas break and I am bored out of my mind. However, I'm still looking for something...amazing.

What I need from you!

I'm looking for someone to play a male character. I have no problem playing male side characters, but I'm in the mood to play a female as my main.

Also, just a warning, I don't do graphic sex scenes. The play by play is too much for me. Violence, gore, all of that? Bring it on.

Please be willing to collaborate. I love plotting, I love creating a story with someone. Don't pm me and ask 'what did you have in mind?' Obviously if you're interested you have some sort of rough idea, or a certain aspect that's your favorite. Give me something to work with, and I'll return the favor. If you're interested, be ready to start plotting, not ready to hear what I 'have in mind' and then decide. All I ask is that creativity should be a two way street.

Advanced means advanced. If you can provide me with a writing sample, great. If you want one, ask. I'm in the mood to write good sized, high quality posts. I'm not expecting conversation post to be ten paragraphs long, but you shouldn't have the 'I just can't write that much' mindset. More than length though, I really am looking for quality. Sentence fluency, grammar, all of that. Oh, and character development. That is my absolute favorite part of the whole thing, so please be capable. If your character is flat, perfect, whiny, or incapable of shifting moods please don't message me. It's really disappointing to plot out something great and then realize that I have a long post full of nothing worth reading. Worse, that our characters are going to hate each other...and not in a good way.

Passion! Enjoy it! This should be fun. I want us both to look forward to writing together.

What I'm interested in!

I am currently craving a roleplay about two people who are, essentially, dying together. Strangers who share an illness, a deadly one, whatever we decide it should be. Both know they aren't going to every live to be healthy again, both are struggling with similar family issues and the loss of their futures. Both standing on the edge with no way to step back, no way to turn around and run in the other direction, no matter how badly they might want to. Two people too young to die, falling for one another even though they're afraid to hold onto anything they can't keep. Mildly cheesy? Cliche? Maybe, but I want something deliciously tragic and romantic.

I'd also do any other sort of thing with terminal illness involved, or a degenerative illness. Or maybe a disability? Loss of limb, sight, ect. It could be one of them or both of them, whatever floats your boat.

Sad. I just kind of want to do something sad.

Basically any kind of love that could get messy and destroy both of their lives. Sticky situations, conflict, any of that.

As for the Disney, we could do something in a fairy tale setting...or make it modern? Or just historical? We could even mash different plots together to create something more our own.

Was interested in the love hate relationship but was wondering what kind of setting you enjoy before I start firing off all of my ideas. I tend to stick to the medieval/fantasy realm or steampunk (Howl's Moving Castle?) but I'm pretty flexible. The best way to make that kind of relationship write out well I've found is when the two people are stuck together so lets figure out the setting and we can crank out the plot from there.

The thing that caught my interest the most was the Hunger Games one. Tragic and romantic? You read the book, it can easily be turned into that. Heck, maybe we can even do one with Cato and Clove, they seemed like a great, tragic couple. Or just make up our own and make it all sad and depressing because, it's the Hunger Games, only one comes out (let's not count Peeta and Katniss) haha. I would love to do a Hunger Games one, though. I adore those books and the movie. =] if you want too, PM me and we'll discuss it farther.
