I guess everyone is into the school thing nowadays, so, why not an academy based on CAPCOM's Monster Hunter series of games?
Basicly, you have to go to the academy, and graduate to become a liscensed hunter of the guild. Seems simple.
You don't need monster-hunting experience, but I would prefer that you have played a game or seen it. Things will have to be taught to your hunter anyway, hence, an "Academy".
