That recipe sounds kickass, Sole. When you said crushed red, however, did you mean crushed red pepper flakes? Or am I missing the shorthand entirely?
For hot wings, obviously.
Paprika, cumin, crushed red, cayenne, garlic powder, black pepper, and dad's chili powder. Going to melt down some butter, emulsify that with hot sauce and soak the wings in that for the rub's adhesive. Pop in the oven, take out half way, re-soak + rub, pop back in 'till done.
