It annoyed Dean that Gabriel never really answered her questions about his people. He had been doing that since she met him, though it seemed to be getting worse. Clearly, he had no respect for her if he considered her questions not important enough to spend two seconds answering them. That was going hang heavy on her choice to use him or not in real battle situations.
"No, more like leather not cloth. It isn't really made out of crystal it appears to look like it the properties are different. Stronger and lighter than a suit made from a crystalforger. As will your weapons be."
She turned her attention back to her work, she mentally erased a line and reformed it carefully. Her mind returned to Gabriel's lack of answers and wondered if all the humans were so disrespectful. She more than likely would never know since the island was on lock down until farther notice. Apparently, the men there were even more stubborn than Gabriel about the way this new world worked. They were not giving into merging into the culture not one little bit. The women were more open to leaving with the vaya, Lucas took on a few of the human females into the ranks.
