Assault on Emperor Hawk - OOC

The world has advanced between the years of 2012 and 3000. Humans have spread from Earth to the surrounding planets. New species were discovered and some were conquered. Technology has become more advanced and crime rates are at an all time low.


Subtle but large crime organizations, however, are rampant and still have the money necessary to bribe officials. These mafia have fueled the worst dictator seen in the recent history of the Systems.


The biggest change in the world came from one man. Sebastian Hawk created a corporation across the whole Planetary System. It used technology to link people together. To identify people who are attempting to cause a crime just because of what they are thinking. His technology has done so much good.


Recently he has announced that he will give people special abilities. Things that would help make their lives different using genetic manipulation. Some special police and military organizations had already recruited people with special powers. Suddenly now Sebastian Hawk is creating an army of genetically enhanced individuals.


He quickly began taking over whole solar systems. Only the most powerful systems remained outside of his control. The systems joined together and created a special task force meant just to take him down. This was their mission. Their goal. Nothing else mattered...

That was indeed the original idea. However, we have one person who wants to play a mobster. So both sides are up for grabs, as long as we get a few rebels.

Name: Rix Zymond (Rixzy)

Age:21

Race: CLech (C*leck) Human hybrid, offspring of genetically modified humans. Lungs were altered to survive the oxygen cycles environment of their planet.

Appearance:

Personality: You'll see

Armor: None as of yet

Weapons: none

Power: electric phase. Can teleport between areas of electricty only so far though. Also when he does anything electric nearby is disfunctional for a time.

Abilities: Can survive with changes in oxygen for longer periods of time than a normal human. So foreign planets and under water.

System: (made up shut me down if a no go) Dextria: Goldilocks planet relatively far from Earth. Peaceful race of human hybrids who focus on live stock, rare exotic pets, crops, and a mineral that enhances electricity production. Under the control of the Empire as it cannot defend its self well.

Specialty: Nature/tech mesh. The CLech have been known to have a special bond to nature and are every bit as advanced as any other human but avoid destroying their own home.

Other: CLech don't really have special powers and are a relatively weak race as far as military goes but Rix is different as most protagonist are. He may not be the super soldier a planet under tyranny needs but he is every bit the hero and maybe it takes a bit more than guns to save your people.

Race: Human
Appearance: His hair is sleeked back with grease to give it a shiny look but it acutally looks way more dirty. His face has very beady eyes and are rather large nose along side with Acne scars which must have still been untreatable. He stands tall to him but short by most people stanards. He is five foot nine inches and rather weak looking. But he is still strong even if he doesn't look it. His hair is black and his skin olive colored.

Personality: HE's normally calm and collected but he is well known for being caculating as well. The Three C's he calls them. He's a very intelligent person he has to be if his operations are being watched by Hawks Police Force. He also seems very distant most of the time he speaks which is something that isn't true. He's always trying to find a new angle or something of that nature.
Armor: He doesn't wear much armor on most days but if he needs to drug run some of his Dream Dust he likes to call it, there's a Hawk Tech Body Armor which he doubts is used by the big guy himself. Other than that he is wearing a snazzy suit. He likes to keep himself out of the conflicts if he can.
Weapons: He normally only carries a fully automatic pistolt hat fires bullets that expand once leaving the barrel to cause maxium destruction. He likes older Assualt Rifles from the 2700's when the days of weapon revolution had taken place.
