As I walk into the office I notice that there is a lot of commotion going on. 'Great.' I think to myself. 'Another big case must have come in. Well, the reason I joined the force was to help people. Even if it's to help people get closure. Just once, though, I wish I could help find someone alive or the perp not be some sick deranged psychpath with daddy issues.' I walk over to my desk and get on the computer to check my emails and then my phone for any messages. 'Its been 19 years since I witness the murder of my family, and the case has gone cold since then. No leads no witnesses other than me no nothing. I was only 15 years old then. Another reason I joined... to try to prevent others from going what I am going through. Just didn't realize just how tough it would be.'
