Kaika sat on top of a stone monument in the Spirit World, thinking about all of the training she's gone through. I've been here for almost 2 years now...is it all worth it?...I haven't even set foot in the Living World ever since back then... she thought to herself, watching another meteor shower. It was different than a meteor shower in the Living World, because the meteors in the Spirit World sparkled different colors as the meteors made it's way down to the lower section to where it would become a meteor shower in the Living World. while silently watching the meteor shower, Kaika felt her heart skip a beat...like there was something about her human senses that were bothered. Just before she could comprehend it, she suddenly fell unconscious.

In the middle of the night, Mato stayed up late since she didn't feel the need to sleep. It was strange of her, but ever since the commotion between herself, Yomi, and Kagari, she didn't want to wake up to the next day. To keep her from sleeping, she read her favorite book, which described a little bird that could fly through different worlds of different colors. that's when she heard something going on outside. Curious, she peeked out of her window to see...shadows? Living shadows. It was strange...but she did remember those kinds of shadows in her dream the night before. Though, it wasn't her choice or action to, Mato got off her bed and ran out of her room, not caring if she would wake up her mother and brother.

Kirito was in the 53th level in SAO, hoping he would be able to grab several status healing items so he could heal Asuna from a status illness. Once he got to the dungeon, he could see many of the players that were there fleeing the area. He pondered at why they would flee, considering they should be at a reasonable level for this floor...until he saw a large horde of shadows. Now this was strange, a hack perhaps? There was no way that the developer of SAO would put into the game's programming, since there was no "scan" information on these shadows. He wasn't afraid though, so he took out the Elucidator and began to fight against these shadows on his own.

While many shadows were appearing all over the many worlds, a separate portal in each of those worlds would appear and would lead to a newly created world.

The Pharaoh Atem yawned, almost mournfully as he sat in his throne with the other witches."Every week, come visit us.I live in the god damned spirit world for Christs sake, do any of you have any idea how LONG that it takes to get here? just because Battler is one of you now doesn't mean you move on to me.." he faceplamed."It does not work like that."

Umiya was ordered to check on Kaika, since she was gone from the training area for longer than anticipated. She saw that Kaika was up on the stone monument again...but there was a pool of darkness trying to consume Kaika.

"Damn..." Umiya growled and quickly grabbed Kaika to pull her out, but it was going to be rough as Kaika was halfway consumed. Taking out a spirit shard from Kaika's pocket, and began to transfer her power into it and both of them were sent out of the Spirit World and into a different Spirit World.

That was close... Umiya thought as she saw that there was no harm done to Kaika, but wondered about that form of darkness.

Yami sighed."Anyway, we have one more year before Sota comes back.I have retired from the Hero's role, and am not fit to be one as Yugi is now a grown man in my world.There is another.His name is Jaden Yuki, and he's fit for the job, however, he must go through some test.Six to be exact, to test his worthiness.Sanity, Bravery, Strength, Intelligence, Endurance and Friendship." he snapped his fingers."There are world portals that have been made by Sota's Replica's, but for the sake of this test i will lock them as i have just done.Every time Jaden finishes a test, a new world portal to the next world will open."

"I see..." Umiya said as she heard Yami. She didn't really talk much, but she didn't like sharing what she thought of anyways. She knew about the entire event of Sota being sealed away about 2 years from the present, but knew that this was necessary. She noticed that Kaika was still unconscious, but would later find the reason for that later if she wakes up. She held the Spirit Shard in her hand, thinking she would need it later on.

"Jaden, is celebrating Christmas tomorrow.The Sanity test takes place in Hinamizawa, so I've taken the liberty of putting him in the first day Keiichi moved in.Also, this test is the ONLY test where no one can interfere, as why I've locked the portals.Not only that, everyone in the gang except Keiichi has the virus, to make this harder for him.He should appear in his "parent's car" right...now." Yami said.

Jaden Yuki was so excited, so very excited for Christmas.Well, at least he was until he appeared sitting in an empty car with no driver and tinted windows.Behind him was a moving truck.he saw a cat, Pharaoh."Professor? why does everything look like 1984?"
A small ball of light went out of the cat's mouth, forming the man's spirit.


"I am unsure, Jaden.I don't think Yubel knows either.Judging from our surroundings, we are in 1984, good observation.Although i have no idea why, we are in a more rural village, although it looks like they have basic technology for there time."

Near the car window, Rena peeked to see Jaden and then eagerly said,"Hi!" She was excited that there was two new neighbors in the village, and to be exact that both new neighbors were boys. You can't tell how happy Rena was right now.

"Uhh, oh umm, Hi!" Jaden said, chuckling a bit as he saw her.He panicked inside at what to do now."Umm...Mom, Dad, i guess I'll see you at the house." he said, as he got out of the car."C'mon Pharaoh!" He said as the cat yawned and got out of the car.Professor Banner merely floated out of the car.The door shut automatically, and the car and moving truck drove away to his new house."I'm Jaden Yuki."

"My name's Rena Ryuugu, it's great to meet you. I heard that someone was going to move in, so I kinda ran into you. There's someone else that moved in here," Rena smiled, seeming innocent for now. They were headed for Keiichi's house, who was actually the other person that just moved in.

"Oh, that's pretty cool.I can't wait to meet this guy then." Jaden said, laughing a bit."Right Pharaoh? maybe we moved into the right place after all."


The cat only meowed, not really caring as much.
