Subscription trouble?

Right, I'm finding that there's two things happening when I'm using the subscriptions:

1. You're automatically subscribed to the thread that you double-posted to. (Y'know, one of those updated thing when you post twice quickly)
2. A subscribed thread I got in a separate folder suddenly moved back to another folder.

Is this a bug or just me?

1. Happening to me. Probably happening to everyone. Annoying as hell. =.= Especially considering the type of subscription that these threads get added under is "CP only", so if you double-post in a thread you're already emailed subscribed to, you get brought back to CP only. I rely on email notifications to tell me when new posts go up on the threads I wanna keep an eye on, so every time I double-post on a subscribed thread, I have to remember to go to my subscriptions right away to change it back to email notification, and if I don't, then I'm basically blind to any updates to that thread for a while.

2. Haven't noticed this, mainly because I don't put subscriptions in separate folders, but if I had to guess, I'd say that it's related to what I described above. When you double-post, you get CP only subscribed to a thread, in the default folder, I bet. So even if you're already subscribed in another folder, you can easily be brought back to default....
