I did give you several suggestions to resolve that issue, with no objections toward any of them.
I asked some of my regulars how they would feel about an army of Achenaran psycher super-soldiers in a future Nation RP, and they said "How about no".... so I guess the ideas right out. At least I consulted others rather than making a despotic ruling.

There's really no way to prevent the Achenaran from finding a psychic and figuring out what makes him tick, then replicating it. So yeah, no way to prevent it from changing the universe completely in a direction that most people don't want.

Lookie here. These are the conditions I present to you. There have been LITERALLY LESS THAN TEN confirmed psychics in the galaxy, all are dead, and the one that the Achenarans managed to grab self-destructed, claiming about three billion lives in the process. Needless to say, their higher-ups have not been eager to try that experiment again. Even if they did, thorough experiments other races have conducted have been completely fruitless. The source of psychic power is almost inexplicable. Not to mention that all recorded psychics have suffered from varying degrees of mental instability. The least of which being crippling depression and a major inferiority complex, and the worst being extremely violent psychosis. Scientists were able to confirm (before they and most of their findings were turned into mist) that the latter's issues were a direct result of the strain of psychic power on a person's mind. Given that, and how ineffective a psychic on the battlefield would actually be (hearing all of the thoughts and feeling all of the pain of your comrades and enemies in a ceaseless torrent of sensory stimulation isn't exactly conductive to combat), the very idea of a "psychic soldier" is a joke. These people are dangerous to themselves, and pretty much all of reality. Psychics are the epitome of such concepts as "wildcards", "rogue elements" and "loose cannons". They really shouldn't exist, and making more of them is foolhardy to the extreme.

No psychics, unless you want all of the Eldar and all of the Drow to be psychics too. This will eventually include Achenar, no matter how you twist it. Holey's rules include no magic. Psychic powers are magic.
I personally don't mind psychic powers, as a player of Warhammer, but I respect that other people may not want to use such things.

Okay, let me see if I understand right. You have a sci-fi RP, and say that you're open to fantasy-style characters from a medieval time? That's a strange concept, if ever I've heard one, but yet it looks somewhat intriguing... would you still be taking such chars here, perchance?
Still on the medieval world, so you can head on over to the OOC and post a character app, if you're interested. Hoping to get the plot moving onward, though as I think some people want to move on to other missions as well.

I see... Guess I'll see what I can come up with, and if I don't have something in the immediate future I'll make sure to come back and check once I have made an app for it. If I miss the window for medieval chars, it shouldn't be terribly hard to revise it to make the char fit in a sci-fi world. Depends what I do though.
