That sounds like it could be a lot of fun. Though I'm only familiar from the 2005 reboot and forward. If it's a newer incarnation than that you're wanting, and I wouldn't be required to play the character of one of the already existing doctors incarnations (because I don't think I could) I'd certainly be willing to try that.
Honestly (and I will be killed for this by who fans everywhere) I prefer the reboot. The old eps make me cringe. lol
I'd play a million rp's in this genre/style/world so if you are interested then I will definitely take you up on it!

OOC thread for the Doctor and his companions. If more then one is interested in being the Doctor more then a companion (whom can be from anywhere anywhen) then it might have to come down to whose app/cs is best.
