No, mine's just a '43 roundy made in Izshevesk on account of Germans in Tula.
Some berk busted the stock in '44, and lost the bayonet in somebody's intestines in '45, the striker and pin were refurb'd by Tula sometime after the war but before '59.
-I know this because some parts are Tula-marked and have either force-matched or abbreviated serial-numbers (replacement parts).
-*The date-stamp inside the sock didn't match.
