New to RPing... am I in the right place?

Hi, I'm new to RPing. Am I in the right place or is there another website that caters more for beginners?

I like nature and I like plants also. I also like warm weather and I hate ice and cold weather. I like food too, especially fruit and meat. I have never had a pet, but I love animals. I hate Disney and I hate music, especially metal music, Disney songs and Christmas songs. I also like friendship a lot. I have a friend and he's really nice to me. I like to write stories, but I hate reading, I find it hard to concentrate. I also like cats, but they're not my favourite animal because I don't have a favourite. There's too many other animals I like too like gorillas, elephants, spiders, gulls, and ants. I like learning stuff about space, but I can't understand anything with maths or equations. I hate to hear a baby cry. I also hate stealing, gambling, alcohol, tobacco and general nastiness and hostility.

I can't think of anything else to say about myself so bye.

So is this one of those websites that you can't edit your posts?

I wanted to also ask most RPs here are like a billion pages long. Are there any that are only new and starting out? I figure they'd be several pages in and I'm looking just now but if anyone knows any off the top of their head that would make life much easier for me if you could post and say.

You are indeed in the right place! Welcome, I like to think we are very beginner friendly since we have staff on hand to help new people settle in (myself one of them) As for the editing, that is just a result of you being so new. When your account is fully activated you will be able to edit your posts. I would suggest you peruse this Guide, it will get you started.
