To be honest that is really all there is 1 has no real major role, 2 is ops as you said, 3 has nothing major, 4 medical, 5 nothing major, 6 nothing major, 7 nothing major, 8 well majority of people in that squad are women but nothing major xD, 9 in charge of doing the magazines etc. for the Seireitei, 10 nothing major, 11 I would say first guys to be sent into battle, 12 SRDI and so on, 13 Human world missions etc. That's about all there is I may have forgot some but that is about it

it's only the academy days which is fine really since people wont miss much at all as far as learning things go we will have to practice them outside of the lesson time until we learn how to do them properly xD

also any new people have to start in the academy anyway xD

Well as I said I will put this level idea into place. It's defiantly a good one and it would be good for everyone to start of exactly the same level but for now I will keep it shinigami/vizard as I said before then introduce the other races later =)

Well I'm going to put your level system into play I'm just editing everything to make it fit in and I will have to fill all the positions with weird names now xDD And does starting off in the academy sound good to you? meaning everyone starts off in the academy

Well as it's going right now I would say it's moving fairly quick but the posts aren't like *get's up, goes outside, goes to class* they are a little more descriptive than that but it's really meant for a mixed group of RP styles well to a point you can check it out and see what you think but if you don't like the style that's fine =)

Just to let any new people know we are always accepting new people so there is honestly no limit to how many people can join the RP. The more the merrier so if anyone is interested you can join ^.^ we still do need more members
