Kurisa was in the training hall getting ready to practice learning Ryōdan by doing a few press ups and lifting weights, he had been working out like this for the past few days since he needed to prepare his body to learn Ryōdan since the technique required the user to have some actual strength. After working out for a bit Kurisa grabbed his zanpakuto and walked up to a wooden dummy then he placed both hands on his zanpakuto and held it out in front of him, he pulled it back behind his head then focused some reiatsu into the blade then slashed down at the target with great force and speed, his blade turned into a blur followed by his golden reiatsu, his blade easily cut through the target and cut into the floor.
"Holy cr*p! That was incredible...that gave me a bit of a rush"
Kurisa practiced the technique over and over again and each time he would pour more reiatsu into his blade, he didn't know where he was getting this reiatsu but he liked it, he poured as much reiatsu as he could into his blade then slashed it down at his target which had some light armour on. His blade cut through it all with ease and caused it to shatter like glass, his blade then hit the floor and actually blew a hole wide open in the floor and sent pieces of wood flying everywhere. This made Kurisa realise he should really stop before he hurts someone
"Heheh uhh sorry about that everyone!...Getting a little carried away"
Kurisa said as he rubbed the back of his head but he was wandering where all this reiatsu was coming from, he didn't even feel tired it was amazing! he felt so alive and like he could take on the world...which gave him an idea...
"Hey!! Which one of you lucky losers wants to face me?...Hell I'll take on two of you maybe even three!!"
He knew this could go bad but he wanted to test something out. A few other students put their hands up...all of them boys since they were jealous that the girls were talking about Kurisa and saying how powerful he looks, Kurisa grinned seeing this and then motioned his hand for them to follow him out to the outside training area. Once there the boys grabbed some wooden zanpakuto's
"What are you guys doing? use your real zanpakuto! you want battle experience don't you?...here's your chance..."
the boys unsheathed their real zanpakuto's nervously a little worried of what would happen. Kurisa stretched a bit then motioned for the boys to all attack him at once, Kurisa wanted a challenge but he knew these guys wouldn't go for the killing blow but it wouldn't stop him from trying to make them. Kurisa blocked basically every attack that came at him and teased the boys by calling them weak to make them angry and actually try killing him, Kurisa even winked at one of the guys girlfriend to anger him which worked pretty well. Now that the boys were taking this much more seriously Kurisa's job got much harder and he was actually starting to get cut as attacks started slipping through then Kurisa decided to go on the offence and started taking more hits but the boys started to get intimidated by the way kurisa wasn't even flinching at the cuts he got and that his right eye was starting to glow slightly. Kurisa kept up the attack but then a voice echoed through his head "Wow...look at you...you must think you are pretty powerful...don't mistake your power for my own...you're still weak" The voice faded then the sound of a mirror or glass could be heard shattering then before kurisa knew it two blades pierced his shoulders one each side, Kurisa's head then dropped a bit. One of the boys pulled his blade out Kurisa's shoulder and backed away the other slowly pulled his blade out and just before it was pulled out the wound kurisa's left hand shot up and grabbed the blade, Reiatsu then started leaking out of Kurisa it was coming off him like smoke before it finally solidified and exploded out of him sending out a bit of a shock wave. The voice that spoke to kurisa snapped something inside of him that just pissed him off causing this sudden out burst of power. Kurisa then ripped the blade out his shoulder and slashed at the boy still holding his blade leaving him no way to retreat and so he was cut across the chest which made him cry out in pain as he dropped to the floor holding his chest, the other boy started to back away as Kurisa looked at him with his head tilted to the right a bit. Kurisa then dropped the other boys zanpakuto and shunpoed past the other boy that was backing away then blood shot out of the boys right shoulder which made him drop his zanpakuto and hold his shoulder the boy then spoke
"You're fuc*ing crazy!!! are you trying to kill us!!"
Kurisa turned and looked at the boy with a dead serious face that shook fear into the boy
"Yes...If you don't have the will to even kill your own comrades then you wont have the will to kill your enemy...as it stood there...you were my enemy..."
the other boy picked up his zanpakuto and ran at kurisa aiming to slash down at him but Kurisa twisted a bit and blocked the attack with his blade then he raised his left hand up to the boys left shoulder and pressed his middle and index finger against it as a blue light formed on the end of his fingers, a hand then grabbed kurisa's shoulder from behind which made kurisa look back and stop the kido. He then saw a man with silver hair who had his eyes pretty much shut and had a weird and freaky smile on his face
"I think Ya should stop now...you're taking it a little to far for an academy student aren't ya?"
Kurisa had almost frozen completely...this man...he...he was just odd, he was smiling yet Kurisa felt fear overcome him and was left speechless and unable to say anything
"I would get out of here before ya get in trouble...wouldn't want that so close to graduation day now would ya?"
and without another word the man just left, the boys had run off to go get themselves treated but Kurisa just stood there...no one else had realised it but the man had a sword up his sleeve and had cut Kurisa's cheek and it only started to bleed now
