Name: The doctor (incarnation 13)
History:"The Doctor" was the primary alias of a renegade Time Lord from Gallifrey who journeyed through time and space with various companions in his obsolete and "borrowed" Type 40 TARDIS.

Though largely a believer in non-violent conflict resolution, he was, when absolutely necessary, a great warrior. Indeed, some civilisations in the universe translated the word doctor as warrior, whilst others saw him as a compassionate benefactor, worthy of their admiration and compassion.

Numerous good deeds aside, he was indisputably responsible for billions of deaths at his conclusion to the Last Great Time War. He was virtually the only Time Lord survivor of that great conflict with the Daleks, largely because he ended it by obliterating both races. However, the Daleks kept returning despite his actions.

From the latter years of his first incarnation onward, he had a pronounced affinity for Earth and the human race. After departing Gallifrey, he voluntarily chose to spend time on the planet, choosing it as the place of his exile during most of his third incaration, and even owning property in Kent. Even before the destruction of Gallifrey, the Doctor spent much more time on Earth than on his home world.

Personality: This incarnation of the doctor is a lot more serious then previous incarnations. Mostly because this is his last regeneration. While he still has his fun quirky side, he's a lot more openly morale and at times a little macabre.

Name: Kestrel Fox
Age: 20

Appearance: A waif of a girl standing about 5'6, light blue eyes and light blue shoulder length hair.

Race: part human and part alien race known as The Tiffanae.

The Tiffanae dwell on a planet called Yves Five in the outer Falodian galaxy. The planet itself is in a perpetual state of flux with warring factions fighting for supremacy and of the five races residing there the Tiffanae are the most peaceful. Made up of groups of tribes discerned through their environmental locations (hill, desert, sea side and rainforest) the peoples are mostly nomadic and once a year during the winter periods they all meet in the plains for a series of cultural festivals and courtship rituals. Being from a highly evolved galaxy with access to intergalactic transports the people's of the Tiffanae have voyaged all over the known worlds.
The physical appearance differs between tribes with Kestrels mother coming from the lower plains whom sport lavender blue hues in all aspects.

History: Kestrel's mother met her father when he travelled from earth to The Delta galaxy with a UNIT team. Boy meets girl and they had enough compatible parts to make a baby. Due to circumstances beyond their control Kestrels mother had to say goodbye to her father and the girl has grown up on Yves Five, Kestrel knows her heritage but is never allowed to speak of it as the rest of the tribe see it as something a shameful due to how unevolved Earth is when it comes to the greater universe.
Kestrel travels with the tribe around the plains, they are a gentle group who harvest and trade in plant life, specialising in herb lore and use the winter festival to trade.

Personality: a friendly genial young woman with a love of earth's classical music and opera which she has been exposed to through a collection her father left behind. Kestrel has struggled to fit in anywhere due to her heritage. Very accepting of the hand she's been dealt Kes isn't one to dwell, though she loves to sing the earthly tunes, she has no desire to experience life off world. Culturally confused is probably the best description.

Name: Chrono-Major Antinous Secundus Nguyen.. [goes on for seventeen more names] Smith/Major Antony Smith for short.
History: Major Smith comes from an alternate timeline where a more advanced version of the human race became involved in the Second Time War, developing chronal warfare technology to defend themselves from The Tyrant of New Gallifrey, a parallel version of the Doctor without heart nor conscience. The war did not go well for the human race; they were inexperienced with the tactics necessary to wage war across time, while the Tyrant knew it all to well. Therefore, a plan was devised, to prevent the Doctor from becoming the Tyrant, through any means necessary. It was known that in his previous incarnation as The Doctor, the Tyrant had travelled widely across time and space, so soldiers were injected with future-tech to give them the edge necessary in battle against a Time Lord - tissue regeneration, automatic translation, weapon generation, a whole bunch of functionalities that even Smith doesn't really know the words for - and then thrown across time and space in the hopes of killing the Tyran before he became a problem. But Smith was sent quite far back, to medieval Europe, where his technology soon found him labelled as a witch. Unable to let loose with his tech for fear of accidentally killing an ancestor and paradoxing the entire mission, Smith was powerless until the intervention of... The Doctor.
Now Smith travels with the Doctor, convinced that he can prevent the Time Lord from becoming the Tyrant without having to kill the man, but by preventing whatever event it was that turned a good man evil.
One more note; since he didn't want to be alone surrounded by uneducated plebs, one of the first things that Smith did when he arrived in the past was to use his tech to "uplift" an animal, using the tech to increase its intelligence enough to be a good friend and companion. The result is a hedgehog named Jasper, who hangs around Smith and is roughly as intelligent as a dog or young child, and who understands English enough to obey verbal commands.
Personality: Smith puts on a quirky, happy persona to try and keep the Doctor in a similar state. He'll play with Jasper, act clumsy and generally plays the fool in the hopes of keeping the mood light. But underneath it, he is still a professional soldier and both much more dangerous and more intelligent than he lets on.

So the Doctor and Smith are traveling through time together already.


Hmmm we need a plot where the Doctor meets Kestrel. Obviously.

What about a large parade of concert of some kind where there is some deeper ulterior motive to the event .cue bad guys. The doctor is running around doing something to fix stuff and Kestrel just happens to be there and cross his path continually (true companion style)

Oh! I was also thinking that maybe somehow one of them senses Kes' half alien status.. maybe they presume she is a big bad type before figuring out shes not and during some banter later on the Doctor/Smith find out that she's not at all curious about her home planet or travelling and it becomes a kind of 'challenge'.

Maybe, in the midst of the giant winter festival, A political coupe is thrown into place with one of the more devious tribe use a terrorist weapon on civilians and pin it on one of the other tribes causing the whole planet to ready up for all out war. The doctor and smith who were just here for the celebrations figure it's up to them to save the planet and bring the tribes together?

lols. That actually kinda works out as interesting but I will have to change up my CS. I had her based on earth but I like the idea of that adventure so I will switch her up a bit.
