Once I'm by the plant I feel comfortable, it seems that in this corner there are less eyes darting around, trying to catch youths out and find a reason to make an example. "Hm.." I breath, twisting my mouth up ever so slightly "Was this what you thought when you said walking or did you mean, like, outside... Or a really slow walk around the inside of the hall?"

I really don't have a clue what I was thinking after that, but I reached up and placed my hand on the side of his face, maybe some sort of way to check reality or ask the question in a sort of... Slightly odder way? It doesn't matter though because I snapped right out of my daze and quickly brush the air, as if to get rid of something and muttered "insect".

This makes me smile, just the very vague mention of the past feels like something that friends would say more than acquaintances. "You would be right, then"

"Do you think...maybe someday you could teach me?" Miri asked, blushing again. She had never been shy before. What's wrong with me? she wondered.

"Anywhere you'd like, and feel comfortable enough to speak freely." Jun mumbled, using his hand to lower Amelia's. She really was anxious, wasn't she? He was also a bit nervous, but he just didn't show it. She was probably still trying to process everything that had just happened, because a lot would change if one moment you were going on with your normal day, and the next you were paired up with a complete stranger that was supposed to be who you would marry in time. "But I don't think that this is one of those places - I just want to get to know you for who you are."

"Of course I can." I reply, almost eagerly. No shame in wanting to learn something new, in fact, I would say it is a very good thing. Although, the more I think about it, I would be nervous to ask something like that as well.

Right, who I am. But I am who I am and that is who I will always be and always have been, isn't it? Why am I always the one making it difficult for myself? Folding my hands together behind my back, so as to avoid playing with them in plain sight, I finally nod and ask him "Well where would you feel most comfortable? I have already chosen two places to go and that hardly seems fair. And, on the bright side, unless your going to take me for some sort of injection, I should be perfectly fine.". Ah, rambling, the final and first defense of those who tend to run out of words. I do hope I'm not coming across as too abnormal, that would be a bad thing indeed. I am pretty sure that Jun wouldn't point it out directly, though, he doesn't seem like that sort of person.

Okay, so maybe Jun hadn't been the best talker in the Society. The last part of Amelia's response had given off the effect similar to that of a spear slowly breaking skin and impaling him; he hadn't been sure as to what the words meant, but he knew that she wasn't like that. At least, he didn't think or want to think so.

"Okay" I reply, having only met this person today this may be a bold statement to make, but I get the feeling that was a bit off key for Jun. Just an observation, and I'm not really the most observant of people... Maybe it was something to do with my comment about injections, I hope he doesn't have a phobia, that would be terrible. "So, why..." a word of warning, always plan what you're going to say. If not then you'll end up trailing out all of the time.

Conall decided to just go for it, I mean what was the worst that could happen? Conall leaned over and kissed Aqua briefly on the lips.

Conall couldn't say anything, this was his first time kissing anyone on the lips, her lips had been surprisingly soft and warm. He almost wanted to kiss her again but suddenly found that he couldn't speak.
