Looking for Fantasy/Modern RPs

Looking for a few new RPs that involve events along the lines of an 'appearing girlfriend'. If you're not familiar with the term, anime such as Chobits and Kannagi roughly flesh out the idea of a girl appearing seemingly out of nowhere. There's generally something magical or odd about her and it's up to you to take care of her. I enjoy these kinds of RPs as you can take them in a lot of directions.

I am seeking a male to fit the role/s of the 'boyfriend' but if you're a girl and you play males, that is fine as well.

What I expect:
- my partner posting at least 3 times a week
- my partner having acceptable grasp of the English language (meaning spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.)
- my partner being able to roughly match what I post (I prefer not to have one-liners but in conversation I know it can be difficult)
- my partner being willing to talk outside of a RP to discuss plot
- my partner being comfortable with mature themes and roleplaying in the PM system
