This "crisis" was scheduled over a year ago. The only reason you're hearing about it, is because the media needs to sell advertising space.

I knew it coming, I also noticed it was pretty blown down for the last couple of years in terms of press. There's nothing either president could do to stop it, it's the economy, it's designed with innate flaws. This is one of them, we've chose our future, we could pick an alternative but we wont for sometime, enjoy.

Regardless, it's nothing more than a stopgap measure like the last ones because they can't agree to save their own country from recession. Good job, American politicians!
