    Here's the story for you;
    There was a certain mad scientist who figured out how to animate the non-living; he had found out how to crack life's code. The universe planned for him to animate a Lava Golem and use it to conquer the world. If you were to read the timeline, you later find out that the Golem eventually turns on its master and its master is forced to kill it. However, a soldier from the war against the scientist got his hands on the scientist's time traveling device. He went back in time to the point right before the Scientist declared war and killed the scientist. The Lava Golem, which had already been made at that point, wound up killing the soldier in retribution for the scientist. The Lava Golem, now without a master, is free to do whatever it wants. It decided to cover the world in lava so as to make the Earth into a perfect place for breeding more Lava Golems; how would he do this? By entering an active volcano, getting into the Earth's core, and causing eruptions in every volcano in the world simultaneously.

    The reason this would fall under the IPF's jurisdiction is the fact that there was no timeline in which the scientist died and the golem lived, thus, whatever the golem does, it will cause permanent and unfix-able damage to the universe. Where would the IPF confront the golem? in the middle of the wasteland that the Lava Golem was created in. There is an active volcano three miles from the Golem's current position. There are a few trees scattered around the place accompanied by a few bushes, but the land isn't right to support any but the most resilient life. Animals are scarce, but bugs are aplenty. LET THE BATTLE COMMENCE!!!

    Mr. Yin and Mr. Yang were first on the scene, like always. They looked around and saw two things, first was the golem itself. Second was the volcano that they had been instructed not to let the golem get to. They looked at the Lava Golem, Looked at each other, nodded, and then began thinking of ways to take this Golem down. Mr. Yang took three dime sized ball bearings out of his pocket and held them in a clenched fist. he was sure to leave a nickle sized hole where his pointer finger met his thumb. Mr. Yang said, "Ball bearings and Mr. Yang." This activated Mr. Yang's power. the bearings were being repelled from all sides except one, so they fired out of the hole between his fingers like miniature cannonballs. The bearings were traveling at roughly 150 mph and were aimed right at the Lava Golem.

    Whether the bearings hit the Golem or miss Mr. Yin says, "Monster and that tree." Mr. Yin pointed at a tree a good fifty feet away from the Lava Golem. If the monster did not resist the pull, then it'd find itself being dragged over to where the tree is. If the monster resisted the pull, then the monster would be sent flying towards the tree, but Mr. Yin would cancel the attraction right before the golem hits the tree so as to have the golem hit the tree with full force and bounce off, rather than hit and stick.

    The metal balls slammed into the Lava Golem's body, getting its attention. The metal caused there to momentarily be craters in its body, but it reformed its body into its natural gumdrop shape. It suddenly felt like it was being dragged away. It tried to resist, but that just made it go in the other direction faster. Eventually, it wound up being yanked so hard it left the ground. It hit the tree going very quickly, but it didn't bounce off. Instead, the tree wound up splattering the golem all over the place. The little droplets of lava wiggled for a second and then began sliding together, reforming the creature. Once reformed, it formed a rivlet of lava that formed into an arm-like appendage. This arm-like appendage flung a glob of lava at the man in the suit on the right.

    (I'm assuming you meant the Golem's right)
    Mr. Yin saw the glob of lava being hurled at him and quickly shouted, "Lava and ground!" The glob suddenly arced down and landed about three feet in front of Mr. Yin.

    Big Tex was the first ta spot the golem outta the three o' them. He reached inside o' his ammo pouch and withdrew six blue-tipped rounds (liquid nitrogen rounds. Each round contains around one teaspoon o' liquid nitrogen, the rest o' the bullet is insulation ta keep the liquid nitrogen from warming up as well as ta protect the hands o' anyone who grabs the bullet. Upon impact, the liquid nitrogen is released). Big Tex loaded the bullets inta Ol' Betty and cocked the hammer. He took aim and fired a round inta the base o' the golem, cocked Ol' Betty again and fired another round inta the middle o' the golem. Should the bullets solidify the golem, Big Rodeo would hurl a boulder inta the golem, shattering it inta pieces. Should the golem dodge, or the bullets not completely freeze it, Big Rodeo would make a slab o' earth rise from the ground, seperatin' the golem inta two halves and keep the slab up, so it couldn't reform as easily.

    The heat of the golem doesn't fluxuate even to external circumstances. Because of this, the liquid nitrogen froze only the parts of the lava it touched, which wound up making two golf ball sized hunks of rock floating in it. The slab of earth rose from the ground, separating the right half and the left half of the golem. The golem slid away from the slab, now existing in two smaller sized gumball shapes. One of the halves began approaching the trio of cowboys and the other half began approaching the men in black.

    Mr. Yin and Mr. Yang saw the mini-golem approaching them. Mr. Yin said "Lava baby and stone slab." While Mr. Yang said "Lava Baby and cowboys." this forced the lava baby in front of Yin and Yang to travel in an arc away from them and from the cowboy trio. The effect should be the lava baby slamming against the stone slab, resulting in it breaking up further (hopefully).

    Aeromancer saw that there was in fact two Lava Golems instead of the one he was told about. "Well, I guess things continue on even if I am late," the Aeromancer said as he landed near the cowboys. He swung one of his wings at the golem and shouted, "WIND TUNNEL!" This caused what appeared to be a horizontal tornado to appear. The desired effect is to get some space between the golem and the cowboys.

    The golem got hit by the tunnel of wind. It got picked up by the wind and was twisted all around before realizing that it was moving farther and farther from the four individuals. It fell to the ground all over the ground. It began picking itself up, but also included some of the lava of the one that went after the two secret agents, making the one the four were going after to be two-thirds the size of the original golem and the one going after the agents was one-third the size. The one going after the four spread itself out so that one wind gust couldn't blow all of it away again. The smaller one began melting the ground below itself and then began tunneling towards the agents. If the smaller one isn't stopped, it will pop up where the agents are standing and begin melting them. The if the larger one isn't stopped, it will catch up to the four individuals and melt them too.
