Would races (save Imperials) would I be able to play as? (Considering I have never played as an Imperial through any of the games.)

Nedic peoples, so Bretons, Nords, Imperials and possibly Redguard. The rest are either enemies of mankind or keeping themselves to themselves at this point.

And we have enough people now, I think.
